Enforcer for The Society. This big cat is a cocky cockney! But we want him to have a bit of an Idris Elba-type voice, low and growling. Menacing, with a penchant for chasing down citizens who have wronged The Society and publicly executing them with his Grapple Blade. Led the assault on the Underground that kidnapped Peely. He has a job but to do but he's morals are elsewhere.
