The Secret Slavic Society | Animated series
Project Overview
For two hundred years, the power of Slavic gods had managed to flow through five teenagers a cycle without a problem, blessing them with magical powers beyond their imagination. Aleksandra, an ambitious Slovenian immigrant, with perfect grades, perfect words, and the perfect posture, had patiently waited for her chance to protect the otherwise normal town of South Palmtons. Yet when the powers are almost in her hands, they are stripped away from her in favour of Tiffany, a girl who has never worked a day in her life. Alex now not only has to deal with the feeling of loss but also the reality of her perfect life slipping away and disappointing everyone around her.
The Secret Slavic Society is a developing animated series following six teenagers, five of which were granted magical powers of Slavic pagan gods. We hope to explore not only Slavic culture but character conflict and the feeling of adolescence as a whole. Currently, we are looking for the main six voice actors and crew, including writers, animators, or concept artists, to get started on the pilot.
Since all of the communication will be going through a discord server, discord is needed. This project is a large-scale direction-heavy project but the main goal is to have fun and somewhat improve our skills.
And unfortunately, since this is a zero-budget passion project, we can't currently pay anyone, but if the episodes generate revenue, we will make sure everyone is paid!

(please be careful with the Slovenian accent, less is more)
(Tiffany offers to be friends, cold, distant, jealous) Totally. We can be friends. It might be weird, considering that you took the powers I worked for so long, but sure, do you have Instagram? I'll add you to the group chat!
(on the verge of a breakdown) You don't see it, do you? Without my grades, I am nothing. My rank is- was- (pauses to sob) I had one thing left and you just had to go out of your way to take it!
Do you have a better plan? We have tried everything! Today is the last day and the seniors are getting suspicious. If it all works, we can just erase her mind afterward. (pauses) Not that it would be much of a difference.
Confident, might come off as arrogant, 16-year-old boy with a slight Russian accent.
Shut up. After today, I won't have to worry about class ranks. Magic might come in handy in more ways than one. Why do you think the senior protectors always got that 5.0 GPA?

(Leontýna is being annoying) Has it crossed your mind that I want to hang out with someone who can match me intellectually, not someone who ranks in almost last place?

I just think that we shouldn't jump to any rash decisions, she really does not belong here. The magic might get even angrier at us. (pause) But that's just my opinion. Nothing more.

Maybe it is because I don't care about stupid thinks like grades and I actually live my life, unlike Miss Rank 1. Still wondering why such a cool dude like Ivan hangs out with her. (pause) No, I'm not obsessed with her!
(Tiffany offers to hang out on the weekend, surprised) Us... hanging out? What do you want to do, paints your nails and make kale smoothies? Besides, don't you have... better friends?

It's just not so easy! Let's take me as an example, shall we? I tried to be myself, Tiffany, I tried. It turns out people don't like the true me. And it surprises me that you, out of all people, preach this message.
