Shaleah

Shaleah is very talented, they provided me great voice work for a comic dub I made, and it turned out great as a result. I would definitely recommend them for any project you may have.

Shaleah was a pleasure to work with. She was communicative and delivered her lines promptly. Additionally, she included a vast array of improvised version of the line (per my request) and I was blown away by her creativity. I highly recommend her for any future project!

Shaleah is a quality voice actor: she excels in vocal performance, is a great singer, is creative in delivery, has a quick DM response time, will deliver audio very fast, and will be a breeze to direct.

In Hallownest Vocalized, she voices Myla, an innocent bug who mines for crystals. Shaleah immediately sets the tone with a cheery interpretation of Myla’s singing, to which immediately hooks the player by how precious the voice acting is. This hook sets up the players’ later sadness, as they witness Myla succumb to “the plague”, which is amplified with Shaleah’s heart wrenching performance.

Shaleah made Myla one of the top memorable characters of the ~50 NPCs in-game, which is an immense feat considering the character’s minor impact on the story as a whole. Hallownest Vocalized would not be what it is without Shaleah’s contributions.

Shaleah Wagner should be highly sought after. Her skills as a voice actor are top notch, if not studio grade. If she auditions for your project, do consider casting her!

Additional Notes: This recommendation is for a voice actor from Hallownest Vocalized, a Hollow Knight mod which gave English voice acting to every character in the game.
