The Scavengers
Project Overview
Our story follows the journey of our spacial bounty hunting trio: Zenith, Cade, and Polina.
- Zenith: the groups unspoken leader who takes charge in serious situations and always has a sharp tongue (with a sprinkle of sarcasm). Started hunting for the huge sums of money. When asked why, she walls herself up behind cold words or pretending she heard nothing.
- Cade: a pretty average guy with charms who only ever joined bounty hunting because of the mesmerizing personality and looks of Zenith. As the trio went further into their jobs, his true colors came about. Truly, he was actually a bit cowardly and only got by on his looks and "by the book" flirtations.
- Polina: tall and boisterous, her presence is never missed in a room with how clear she makes it. Always laughing, she always finds a way to make a situation fun. Though, despite being so joking, she's a bit too literal with sayings...
The three each have such polar personalities; you'd think their paths would never merge. And yet, they somehow make their group complete. And though each job and bounty are a bit dangerous, they keep them guessing and keep life entertaining. Well, that is until a surprising truth behind the bounty hunting industry comes to light and changes the whole course of their views.
This project is paid dependent on audience reaction. Currently, this project is in it's writing and design phase (such as story narrative and story-boarding for each episode as well as season planning), so character voices we need currently aren't 100% decided. As we proceed though this process, we may add more and more characters to audition for!

This will be a series, so we're looking for someone who can do smooth animation. It will involve action scenes, so we need someone skilled in the natural movement of the human body, We can speak more about in messages if you need more details. We're going to be looking for at most 3-5 animators for this project so we can divide and conquer in order to get our pilot out and consecutive episodes out in a timely manner.

Latino/Hispanic (undecided) 20 year old part of the main trio of bounty hunters. He's a man who likes to act the suave and bold part but in reality, is a cowardly type who's just a tad cocky. Yet, the facade cracks when a certain woman walks into his life.

Polina had banged a fist on a button to turn a screen on, causing Cade to jump in worry onto his feet. He sounds worried and accusatory. "JESUS, POLINA! Can you try to not destroy my ship!? This has a lot of sentimental value..!"
Zenith is running two options of how to save Polina from the torso of a viney monster. Cade, being a bit hesitant they can beat it, is offering his own creative option. "Or, and hear me out, We take the forbidden route and dip." A long moment of silence filled the air as Zenith looked at him unamused. Cade's tone cracked with the hope he didn't have to help. “Okay, so… we dippin’?”
In this moment, Cade is running to stop Zenith from kicking the ship walls in frustration. His voice starts in a grumble and then grows to a shout. "You've GOT to be shitting me.. Can we NOT bang on the ship? She can only take so much abuse!"
White 28 year old woman who leads her own "gang" of bounty hunters under a higher power, rivals to our main trio. Tall, passive aggressive, and lips always curved in a smile to keep people guessing. She has a certain southern charm that has anyone and anything like putty in her hands.

The main trio run into Lyla, who towers over both Cade and Zenith. She has a sort of condescending tone even though she has a smile plastered on. "Well, woulda look at that? It's my favorite lil' newbies: Miss Sassy and Mister Grump." She then glimpses at Polina, her tone shifting to reluctant acknowledgment. "Oh. And you too."
Polina is baring her fangs, an instinct to shield Cade and Zenith overtaking her. Lyla finds this amusing, but feigns innocence. "Gosh, Polina. You act like I wanna gobble them up like they're two lil' piggies Would that make me the big bad wolf..?"
Lyla is faced with her demons, yet trying to deny it. She wants a reason to hate herself. "No, no! You.. you can't just sweep it under the rug! Hate me, loathe me, strangle me! Because if you don't hate me... how can I hate myself?"
First bounty of EPISODE ONE: sassy, short-tempered, and a little menance of Deonian race (a palm-sized race with cheek markings and bald heads).

Held by his hood by Polina, writhing and cursing at the trio. "You'll pay for this! I'm telling you, you will! I didn't do nothing, you got the wrong guy."
Begging for forgivness for the trio to release him. "Listen, please! Just.. pretend you didn't see me! Yeah, I was never here! No, no, no! I CAN'T GO BACK!"
A Faeren (flighted Fyuiniod) bounty caught who is from the planet Fyuin 4, a planet who's entire environment is highly toxic to any living thing with no adaption for the atmosphere. He is a tall figure, but slouches forward often to reflect his bored and weary character. His tone slowed slightly, almost as if he's consistently on the verge of falling asleep from boredom and his voice is soft yet sultry deep (ever so slightly monotone). Not a 100% on the voice yet, but we know the tone we're going for!

Larkin is being spied on unknowingly while organizing goods for transporting. In his usual forward slouch, he reaches a hand over to scratch at his chin. "Ah... we're missing something. You sure you checked all the crates?" He takes a moment of silence for a response before sighing wearily. "Great.. more work for me. Yay."
A young man with a bounty born from the Mòshuǐ Yì (inked one), a race of Tamian's with the ability to shape out any ink that is carved into their skin. He's a sly one with a certain mischievous glint in his eye and a smirk stretching ear to ear. He enjoyed causing all sorts of chaos for his own enjoyment, whether it has consequences or not. Whenever he speaks, he always has a snide and cocky tone. Most would think him still a snotty brat because of this attitude.
He snickers before letting out a dreamy sigh as he watches people scatter away from a stink bomb he had dropped upon the town square. In this moment, he's merely talking to himself. "Look at 'em! They're kinda cute when they run around like little bugs... Get a good whiff, little guys. 'Cuz that's all you'll be smellin' for the next few months!" He lets out uproarious laughter after his comment.
He clicks his tongue, trying to cover up his annoyance with a playful tone after his attack was blocked. "Smart girl, aren'tcha? Using bullets to block my shots." He takes a moment of silence to grin to himself, gathering up his ink into a ball. "But, tell me... can they block a big one!?"
She hails from the planet Dridyal, a planet full of mythical creatures from fairytales and legends. She is a Forest Nymph, a deer type, nimble and quick. Though a woman born a nymph, she became an eco-terrorist while doing dirty jobs such as stealing goods, freeing livestock, and sabotaging events.

"Yes, I am a Nymph. As tales tell, I am supposed to be guardian of nature, a protector. And yet, those I protect seem to deem me a terrorist." Diana scoffs out a wry laugh, offended. "To you, I may be a terrorist. But to me and mother nature herself, I am a saint."
She laughs as she quickly dodges attacks from the Bounty-hunting trio, her hind legs aiding her in her escape. "Some bounty hunters you are. Can't catch what you can't see. Perhaps if you managed to take a moment to actually strategize instead of aimlessly waving about, you'd actually have a chance at capturing your meal ticket."
