Story
Super powered villains, The Powerpunks Girls, betray their creator Dr. Plutonium & wreak havoc in Viletown, which is already ruled by an Evil Dictator. Viletown is also in a Civil War. The Vile Order vs Heroes fighting for Freedom from The Governor. But the Dr. plans to weaponize the Punks against all sides.
