He must have been a calculating and cunning business man, since his decisions avolve around success, finances and the company's reputation. However, it also seems that Mr. Burrows was likewise self-centered, prooven by his immaculate look. He is also depicted as a bit arrogant, as his business decisions are obviously based on and guided by his personal like or dislike rather by good sense and/or professional advise. This is proven when he repeatedly ignores the warnings and advises of Edwin Murray (who is in fact the only professional in the company's head quarters), but favors the opinions of the other head staffs. Edwin Murray is an intelligent and clever person, as shown through his ability to create the Mimic and the Mimic1 code through random machine parts and code scattered throughout the factory. However, he's also shown to be quick to anger and aggression, even towards his own son at some points. Despite this, Edwin did care for David and loved him.
