I am writing a novel, and to keep people updated on my project, I want to make some tiktoks of certain scenes or scenes before the start of my book!
Summary of the book:
"After a 5-year Civil war, the Kagha Empire, once a booming kingdom, is now running out of their primary resource: Magic.
With the economy worsening, the King asks his niece, Lady Davina, to adventure to unknown lands to find a new energy source. What's the problem? She must travel with the man she has been trying to avoid for years: the third Prince, Aiden of the Tarnow Kingdom, the person her soul is attached to when she performs the taboo spell to save his life.
Leaving the comforts of their Kingdom, Aidena and Divana set out to discover new lands and navigate their complicated relationship."
I am so happy and excited about the number of people eager to work on this project with me. I am reviewing everyone's auditions and finding the voice I want for the characters. I appreciate people's time and patience as I try to give everyone a fair audition.
I have also added new characters to the roster and extended the deadline because of these additions.

Davina is the main character of my novel. She is a historian for her kingdom after losing her power during an attack at the Academy. She is a strongminded person with a sort of know-it-all attitude, but she uses it to keep people at a distance. With Aiden, she drops most of her confidence
(half-joking) Yes, because I wanted to spend two hours of my day trying to take the long way. You know, cousin, you should try it sometime. The view of the capital is breathtaking.
(angry) I am right about this. So what did he give you an ultimatum? Go do this mission or else?” What on earth did have on us that we would go without question unless…
(Comanding) Don’t forget Sr Marcus, I may not be in line for the throne but the King is still my uncle so I’d like to see you try and test me again.
Aiden is a 26-year-old prince of Tarnow. When in public, he is charming and smooth-talking, but behind the scenes, he is harsh and cold to those who betray him; however, he softens when it comes to people he cares about.
(angry) You don’t think I argued with him back and forth on the fucking dangers! No you don't, you think you’re right all the time and you know everything. I told you I didn’t have a choice.
(Joking) How ever do you mean, my lady?
Stop what? You casted a forbidden spell that brought me back to life. Now you lost your magic and have nightmares and you expect me to be okay with it?
She is the commanding officer of the military. Despite her title, she has a sweet and younger tone to her when she is not working. She is prodigy and often jokes around to the older people around her.
No, buts. I’m not taking no for an answer. Consider it a peace offering after the pain my brother caused.
If you don’t take me I’ll tell every guard, every lord and lady, every historian about this and based on your reactions, this was supposed to be a private quest, wasn’t it?
We need to spread out, If there is enough distance between the three of us you can use your magic without killing the other
Marcus, or Sir Marcus, is the right-hand man of Lord Nightingale. He is highly charismatic, with an underlying slyness in his tone. It seemed like he was hiding something. He constantly asks Divana for her hand in marriage due to her relation to the King of the empire.
(sly) I think the archives would miss her too much, I know I would
You know Lady Davina, if you keep running off like this no one will ever respect you. No one will ever know you were once third in line for the throne before your tragic little accident.
Oh but of course, Your Highness. Please send the Princess my regards and if she ever needs an ear to talk to I can offer mine. Unless...Lady Davina needs that comfort after the day she must be having.
Rissa is the only daughter of the King Malchom, the King of the Kagha Empire. As heir to the throne, she had been sheltered her whole life, her only friends being Aiden, her fiancé and Lady Davina, her cousin. Her voice is proper and defined but has a wavering uncertainty when angry.
(angry) Quiet down? Quiet down, Aiden, do you know where you are? You are a guest in my kingdom. I can say and do whatever I want in my court.
(joking) Nice for you to finally arrive, Davina.
I am the future of the Empire. Define me again and you won't live to see another day.
Luientant Reve is Aiden's bestfriend and Diana's partner. He was in Aiden's paltooon during the Civil War and was friends during the academy. He is also the only person who knows some of Divana's Secrets. He likes to joke around and play with people's buttons, but overall, he is a profoundly kind person who will do anything to keep Diana happy.
What am I going to do with you, Aiden? How long till the weight of the world burries you?
(joking) Where could she have gone? Definitely not behind the shelves waiting for you-know-who to leave?
