Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters | Audio Comic (PAID ROLES)
Project Overview
Star Wars Audio Comics is excited to announce our most ambitious project to date: a six-episode adaptation of the epic 34-issue comic crossover event War of the Bounty Hunters! SWAC has been producing critically acclaimed comic series similar to these for six years, especially Star Wars content. We are thrilled to include this story in our lineup!
How it Works:
Our typical policy is we don't cast actors until the last day of the casting call so everyone has plenty of time to audition. Our CC's typically last 2-3 weeks. At the end of the CC process, the Series Directors will make the casting decisions based on a variety of factors such as audio quality, performance, vocal range, talent, etc. Once the casting decisions have been made, we send a link for a private Discord server where you will find your scripts, submit your lines, and meet and mingle with your fellow castmates. Deadlines will be posted for line submissions to allow voice actors time to first takes and if requested, retakes. From there it is up to the Directors to bring the video to life. Production time will be as airtight as possible, so please try to have your audio in as quickly as possible so production can begin.
The Synopsis:
The notorious bounty hunter Boba Fett has finally landed his greatest prize – Han Solo, frozen in carbonite for easy transport. Fett will bring the smuggler to Tatooine to collect the massive bounty placed on Solo's head by the fearsome crime lord Jabba the Hutt. Unfortunately for Fett, other parties have their eyes on his prize, and soon Solo will be the target of Imperials, rebels, and criminal operators from across the galaxy, all while Fett finds out what it's like to be on the other side of a bounty hunt.
Directors: Robert A., Daniel P., and Gilbert S.
Ground rules:
- There are numerous LGBTQ+ characters in this series, as well as on the production team. If you are at all homophobic/transphobic, DON'T AUDITION.
- Please be able to get your lines in by the deadline posted by the director. Production time will be airtight!
- Have professional grade equipment or at the bare minimum make sure your audio is top notch. No background noise!
- Have a Discord or be able to create one. This allows for us to communicate and upload documents much easier than Skype or any other platform.
- Lastly, enjoy yourselves!
We look forward to hearing your performances!
We pay at a rate of $0.50 per line of dialogue, plus a base pay of $5.00. The payment for each role is listed in the roles' descriptions.

Casting Decisions
Hello there! Just wanted to let everyone know that we're still considering our casting decisions. We received a lot more auditions on this casting call than we ever have before, so it's taking more time than usual. But we should be coming to our final decisions soon!
Deva Lompop was a Shani female bounty hunter, marauder, and mercenary who operated from the time of the High Republic into the Imperial Era. Centuries old, she was highly skilled in her profession, having worked for criminal organizations from the Nihil terrorists to the Hutt Cartel, and was known to consume the bodies of her opponents - dead or alive. Now trying to enjoy retirement, Lompop finds herself once again dragged into the action as Jabba the Hutt calls on her to repay an old debt, sending her on a mission with famed bounty hunter Boba Fett. But Lompop's loyalties may not lie with the Hutts...
Lompop should sound dignified but impatient, extremely confident, and should have a relatively deep voice. She has 83 lines in the first two episodes of the series, with more to come in later episodes. The payment for the first two episodes totals $46.50.
“Are you all dead? If you are, I’m going to Naboo to eat someone tasty. Actually, I might do that anyway.”
“Finally! I would ask what’s going on, but I don’t care. It looks like your pup is getting some chow. What do you want me to do?”
“This is Deva. I have something you might be interested in… but if you want it, you’re going to have to get here before Jabba.”
Qi'ra was a human female from the planet Corellia who rose to become the leader of the Crimson Dawn criminal syndicate, after killing her superior - Dryden Vos - and training under the former leader, the ex-Sith Lord Maul. A childhood friend and romantic interest of Han Solo, Qi'ra now finds herself in the position to use Solo to her own benefit. Stealing the block of carbonite containing the rebel general, she plotted to bring major galactic factions together, with Solo as the bait.
Vocal performance should be based on the portrayal by Emilia Clarke in Solo: A Star Wars Story: https://youtu.be/_C38sI9DFmA. She has 11 lines in these beginning chapters, paying $10.50, but she will have a significantly larger role in the later episodes.
“Oh, I don’t know. Living in a dream, a memory… if it was the right dream or a fond memory… things could be worse. The important thing is that it sounds like Captain Solo will last long enough for our purposes. Send out the invitations.”
“For this to work, we needed something that would get the attention of the entire galaxy. For better or worse, I believe that is Han Solo.”
“He is that. But somehow, this man, just a smuggler with a terrible reputation, is directly connected to almost every powerful faction in the galaxy. The Rebel Alliance, the Empire, and everyone caught in between. They all love him, hate him, need him, owe him, or are owed by him. Han Solo unites the galaxy. And that, right now, is exactly what I need. Han always wanted to save me. Now he’ll get his chance. Finish the preparations. The guests should be arriving soon.”
Bib Fortuna was the majordomo of Tatooine crime lord Jabba the Hutt. As majordomo, Fortuna handled many of Jabba's affairs, including hiring and keeping tabs on various bounty hunters. Fortuna communicated Jabba's growing impatience with bounty hunter Boba Fett, as Fett repeatedly delayed his delivery of the carbonite-frozen smuggler Han Solo. As his employer reached his boiling point, Fortuna was tasked with recruiting other bounty hunters to track down Fett and bring Jabba his prize.
You can base your performance on either Erik Bauersfeld's voice in Return of the Jedi (https://youtu.be/E3P15df6ct0) or Matthew Wood's voice in The Mandalorian (https://youtu.be/8xa-ZCP3MA0?t=18). Fortuna has 39 lines in the opening episodes of the series, paying a total of $24.50. He will, however, have more lines later on.
NOTE: All of Bib's dialogue is in the fictional language Huttese, and while pronunciation doesn't need to be absolutely perfect, the dialogue needs to flow like natural speech.
“Ah, mah lorda Jabba, dobra heceseh jeejee gee nobata fetbokesa. Hocan bakang bai bakenu Boba Fett, jeejee gee babau tanea bankop tee janu goo sakihna bai Nar Shaddaa cay Han Solo.”
(Ah, my lord Jabba, I am afraid we have no update. Despite attempts to reach Boba Fett, we have heard nothing since he detoured to Nar Shaddaa with Han Solo.)
“Jabba doth cuee ritke, um goo phaba va heee naua doucah mee uiuba.”
(Jabba is most fair, but he believes this will eliminate your debt.)
“Jeejee doth wata, Deva Lompop.”
(We are here, Deva Lompop.)
Ochi of Bestoon was a humanoid male assassin serving the Sith Lord Darth Sidious, and later his apprentice, Darth Vader. Since the time of the Clone Wars, Ochi was a Jedi killer and hunter of Sith arcana. Despite his skill as an assassin, Ochi was also known to be loud-mouthed and a heavy drinker. He accompanied Vader to interrogate Bokku the Hutt about the location of Han Solo, and was later sent by Vader to the auction held by Crimson Dawn.
Ochi should sound confident and boisterous, but also somewhat alien. Whether you portray that through an accent or by making the voice gravelly is up to you. Ochi has 31 lines in the first 2 episodes of the series, paying $20.50, and he will have more lines in later episodes.
“Come on, young brood! You’re supposed to be a gangster! Aren’t you ready to stab that slug in the face and take over that council yourself?”
“There is that. But you’re a Hutt. You should know how this works. There’s no safe haven anywhere. You just find the biggest monster to stand behind… until you’re a big enough monster to-“
“Tch. Those’re all the dead ends he was chasing. Nothing about Solo’s current- wait a minute… isn’t that…Crimson Dawn?”
When the Sith Lord Darth Vader undertook a search for the carbonite-frozen body of the smuggler Han Solo, which had been lost by the bounty hunter Boba Fett before he could deliver it to Jabba the Hutt, Vader and the Sith assassin Ochi of Bestoon visited Bokku the Hutt. Bokku, like most Hutts, was concerned only with his own success, and was willing to backstab both Jabba and Vader in the pursuit of money and power.
Bokku should have a deep, guttural voice like Jabba, but should sound younger, stronger, and less lazy. Here is a sample of Larry Ward's portrayal of Jabba for reference: https://youtu.be/-Rv9_ZCcp9I?t=39. Bokku has 24 lines in the first two episodes of the series, paying $17.00, and will have more lines in later episodes.
NOTE: All of Bokku's dialogue is in the fictional language Huttese, and while pronunciation doesn't need to be absolutely perfect, the dialogue needs to flow like natural speech.
“Uba banag Solo? Solo doth moocha.”
(You want Solo? Solo was stolen.)
“Jabba matka wahke. Goo hatkocanh makhaia jen, an bo pawa hatkocanh cueciukeu.”
(Jabba remains strong. He will recover him, and his power will increase.)
“Hee bkhonse, Ochi see Bestoon. Tanea see mah masii D'emperiolo pankoph gee cohai nei see tah... koutoze koona. Doth uba paupe da uba bahia bu Kacmaheatkha?”
(So strange, Ochi of Bestoon. None of my regular Imperial contacts have spoken to me of this… foolhardy plan. Are you certain that you serve the Emperor?)
Sly Moore was an Umbaran female Force user with the ability to manipulate the minds of others. Moore served as an aide of Supreme Chancellor Sheev Palpatine during the final years of the Galactic Republic, and continued to serve him into the Imperial era. Moore was one of the few people who knew of Palpatine's true identity as the Sith Lord Darth Sidious. Secretly, she was the leader of an organization that aimed to kill Darth Vader, but after a failed attempt on the Sith's life, Vader ordered Moore to attend Crimson Dawn's auction of Han Solo in his place.
Please base your performance on the voice of her actress, Sandi Hotrod, but give her a more regal tone: https://youtu.be/2Q25NumECR4. Moore has 30 lines in the first two episodes of the series, paying $20.00, but will have more lines later on.
“Enough. Why does it scare you to know the strength of your numbers? Each of us must stand for all of us to rise.”
“Exactly. Against him, each of us is nothing. But he could grow more powerful than the Emperor and still only kill us one at a time. I am merely Administrator Moore, just another cipher in the dark, scorned and forgotten. But if all of us stand together… we will be more powerful than they could ever imagine.”
"You were greedy and foolish, and you fought him alone. What will it take to teach you? All of you. So much fear. Our enemies are strong. But true power works through a million hands.”
Doc Ragon was a Besalisk male, a skilled carbonite specialist working on Nar Shaddaa who assisted Boba Fett with stabilizing Han Solo's carbonite matrix. In exchange for help, Ragon asked Fett to kill the gladiator Wyrmen Lictor, a warrior who was valuable to the Kanji Hutts and fought in the Garkata Fighting Arena.
Ragon should have a deep, gravelly voice similar to the performance of Ronald Falk as Dexter Jettster in Attack of the Clones: https://youtu.be/nkrRR2jcUUg?t=81. Ragon has 20 lines in the series, paying a total of $15.00.
“Yeah… you got a real problem here. Carbonite matrix is unstable. Not surprised, with an organic inside. Whose bright idea was this?”
“Solo, huh? That guy was always the king of bad choices. Guess they finally caught up with him. But Doc Ragon don’t work on credit, Boba. You know better than that. Cash up front, or we’ll both watch this fella here dissolve into goo.”
(Bargaining for his life) “You don’t need to do this. Look, I’m a businessman. I’m sure we can work something out."
Exum Jermit was a male Muun who served as Second Vice Chair of the InterGalactic Banking Clan and frequented the Malastare Hunting Club, who would treat him lavishly for his loyalty to them. Around 3 ABY, Jermit refused to do business with Jabba the Hutt in favor of doing business with a mysterious competitor of Jabba's. In response, Jabba sent his majordomo, Bib Fortuna, to try to persuade Jermit to reconsider. Jermit spoke with Fortuna during the Great Hunt of Malastare, but still refused.
Jermit should have a nasally voice similar to other members of his species, but deeper and more confident: https://youtu.be/94GJSBlS-2g?t=78. He has 16 lines, paying a total of $13.00.
“Then you wasted your time. My younger subordinates may be seduced by the wealth of the Hutts… but I will not sully the Banking Clan’s reputation by breaking my word to my client. And if you are trying to intimidate me, I’m sure you’re aware that I’m protected by Imperial decrees in this quadrant. Now, if you’ll excuse me… the Hunt beckons.”
“Friends? Who needs friends… when I can afford an army?”
“That was no challenge. Soooo… according to the probe, the Dug brothers are dead! Now, this Trandoshan seems a worthier adversary. Move out - those killings happened nearby.”
Domina Tagge was a leading member of the rich and powerful Tagge family, and the head of the Tagge Corporation. Tagge was the sister of Imperial Grand General Cassio Tagge, and had ties to both the Empire and the criminal underworld. Recently, archaeologist Doctor Aphra and smuggler Sana Starros have come into the employ of Tagge, who sends the duo to recover her missing cousin, Ebann Drake.
Like her brother, Domina should have an English accent, and should sound strong and command respect. In the opening episodes of this series, Tagge has 15 lines, paying a total of $12.50. She will have a larger role in later episodes.
“Hm. Intriguing. Not a complete failure, then. Very well. I’ll give you another chance, Doctor Aphra.”
“This is Ebann Drake. He runs a highly profitable arms-smuggling ring on Kaderin. Nothing that the Tagge Corporation would involve ourselves publicly with, of course… but recently, he’s been difficult to get ahold of.”
“Undoubtedly. I want to know who is behind this espionage. Because I’ve received reports that our competitors are dealing with similar information leaks. All of them. Whatever this is, it’s bigger than the Tagge Corporation. And that means it could ruin us all.”
4-LOM "For-Elloem" was an ambitious LOM-series protocol droid who overrode his programming and became a galactic thief and later a bounty hunter and partner of the Gand findsman Zuckuss. Following the Battle of Hoth, both 4-LOM and Zuckuss were hired by Darth Vader to capture Han Solo, captain of the Millennium Falcon and hero of the Rebel Alliance, but the bounty was ultimately claimed by rival hunter Boba Fett. 4-LOM and Zuckuss are initially hesitant to pursue the bounty placed on Fett's head by his former employer Jabba the Hutt, but they are persuaded to join the hunt when they learn of Fett's current whereabouts - information of which their competitors are unaware.
4-LOM does not have a canon voice, so we are open to different interpretations. However, he should not sound monotone, nor as proper as the typical protocol droid. He has 11 lines in the first 2 episodes, paying $10.50, but will have more lines later on.
“Calculating the cost of fuel and time, it is not an efficient use of resources to join the hunt with so many potential rivals.”
“Where is Han Solo? We searched your ship - he’s not there. You must have stashed him somewhere. Tell us, and you can keep living in the low.”
“Contract is for Boba Fett. Dead or Alive. Delivery of Han Solo is a bonus.”
Durge was a fearsome male Gen'Dai bounty hunter who encountered Doctor Chelli Lona Aphra and Sana Starros aboard the abandoned luxury starship Opal Empress while hunting arms smuggler Ebann Drake. Durge found Drake dead, and the ship filled with deadly parasites. Despite being functionally immortal due to his species' rapid regeneration rate, Durge accepted a partnership with the two smugglers to escape the ship.
Please base your performance on the extremely brief portrayal (literally just a laugh) by Daran Norris in Clone Wars: https://youtu.be/wmJqgdaTArM?t=255. Durge has 14 lines, paying a total of $12.00.
“Step aside. This bounty belongs to me.”
“Would you hurry it up? This is getting tiresome.”
“No! You can’t do this! We had a deal. Graaah!”
Caviness Thorn was a humanoid bounty hunter who led the Caviness Thorn crew. Sometime between 10 BBY and 4 ABY, Thorn took a bounty on the smuggler Han Solo and attempted to kill the smuggler on the planet Abregado-Rae but was thwarted by Solo's friend, the cyborg bounty hunter Beilert Valance.
Thorn should have a commanding voice, but is otherwise up for interpretation. He has 15 lines, paying a total of $12.50.
"We are short a fourth gun for the hit. Source in the docking bay says the smuggler landed here a few hours ago to refuel. Doesn’t give us a lot of time to improvise."
"Security got an anonymous tip that there’s a cyborg in the cantina who works for the Hutts. This port is under Pyke control. They don’t like the Hutts. Meet us at the port and collect those credits - if you survive.”
“The target is approaching the dockmaster. Get ready for my signal.”
Jarm Brock was a Zabrak male who at one point was romantically involved with the Shani bounty hunter Deva Lompop, though they eventually broke up and Brock began working for the criminal syndicate Crimson Dawn. As Crimson Dawn began to plan big moves, they had Brock infiltrate the operations of Hutt crime lord Jabba Desilijic Tiure in Mos Entha on the planet Tatooine as part of a ruse to send Jabba after the Hutt Council.
We're open to different interpretations of this character's voice. Brock has 14 lines, paying a total of $12.00.
“What are we going to do, friends? You have no chance of winning. I have you hopelessly outnumbered.”
“Can’t you make this thing go any faster?”
“Jabba? No, I can’t go to Jabba’s - I’ve heard stories of that Sarlacc pit. Just let me go - I have connections, big connections - bigger than Hutts!”
This unidentified Pa'lowick was an employee of the Nar Shaddaa arena, who helped to recruit and manage pit fighters. She helped Boba Fett register for the arena under the false name Jango, and later lured Luke Skywalker and his rebel friends into a trap laid by the Kanji gang.
She should have a voice reminiscent of Nika Futterman's performance as Sy Snootles in The Clone Wars, but should sound less flirtatious: https://youtu.be/uHO-LEU8YSA?t=64. The registrar has 12 lines, paying a total of $11.00.
“You registering for the fights, hon? Your entry fee’s all here – that’s good. Now I just need your name.”
“Okay, you’re all set, Jango. You’ll have your first fight in about an hour. You keep on fighting until you lose or decide to quit. If you win, you get triple your entry fee. You can keep it or fight again, with the same chance to triple it.”
“Your friends have some questions for me, do they? Well, you know what I always say… any friend of Sagwa’s is a potential source of revenue for me.”
Gak-Sixtoo was a nav droid who served the Hutt Bokku, operating aboard Bokku's barge. When Bokku guided the Sith Lord Darth Vader and the Sith assassin Ochi to Zee-Nine City Seven in order to locate the carbonite-frozen smuggler Han Solo, Gak-Sixtoo piloted the vessel, communicating with Ochi as he and Vader disembarked.
Gak-Sixtoo has 11 lines, paying a total of $10.50.
“This is nav droid Gak-Sixtoo, in service of Bokku the Hutt. Sending certification now.”
“I’m picking up a lot of buzz. They’re slicing signals, looking for any sign of Solo… but I can’t unscramble any of the data they’re receiving.”
“As far as I can tell, a slicer just shut down their engines! But Imperial shuttles have the most secure systems I know of. I can’t imagine how-“
Devono Vix was a male arms dealer connected with the Hutt Clan who operated in the Arms Market on Nar Shaddaa. The bounty hunter Dengar came to know Vix over a number of years, eventually gaining his trust and the dealer became a source of information to him. Dengar and his fellow bounty hunter Beilert Valance came to Vix during their pursuit of Boba Fett.
We're open to different takes on this character's voice. Vix has 10 lines, paying a total of $10.00.
“Devono knows this much… you just made a big mistake. Kill them both!”
“Kill them both!! Now!!”
“Crimson Dawn is back!”
Wyrmen Lictor was a female arachnoid, the champion gladiator in the arena on Nar Kanji. She was valuable to the Kanji Hutts, who as such kept her protected. Lictor once killed a pit fighter sponsored by the Besalisk Doc Ragon, who then recruited Boba Fett to assassinate Lictor as payback.
Wyrmen Lictor should have a raspy voice, similar to the performance of Cathy Cavadini as the Chrysalis Eater on Teen Titans: https://youtu.be/-2sHGnyFfKE?t=23. She has 8 lines total, paying a total of $9.00.
“Heh. Setup today reminds me of my homeweb. Wasn’t that nice of them?”
“You look like a little beetle, all shiny and black. Delicious.”
“Look at all your little juices running out… what a waste. Need to get you webbed up and into my larder before all the good stuff leaks out.”
Vukorah was a human female and a general in the Unbroken Clan criminal syndicate. As the Unbroken Clan waged war against rival syndicates, Vukorah began to see that new leadership was needed if the Clan was to survive. It was around this time that she was approached by the assassin Deathstick, with an invitation to the auction of Han Solo.
Vukorah should have a deep and gruff voice. She has 8 lines in the first two episodes of the series, paying a total of $9.00. She will have more lines in later episodes.
“I said I’m fine. Only my patience is bruised - and that’s nothing Aphra’s head on a pike won’t cure. But for now, a goblet of spice wine will do.”
“Simple. He was the one who suggested this safe house. Which means he either sold me out or, worse, was utterly incompetent. I won’t tolerate either in the Unbroken Clan.”
“You could have killed me when I entered the room. But you didn’t. Which means you have something to say. So say it.”
Margo was a female Imroosian who served as one of the leaders of the Crimson Dawn criminal syndicate alongside Qi'ra and Trinia. She assisted Qi'ra in the kidnapping and auction of the frozen block of carbonite containing Han Solo.
Please base your performance on the portrayal by Charlotte Louise in Solo: A Star Wars Story: https://youtu.be/cqubX4VIMDA. Margo has 7 lines in the first two episodes of the series, with more lines later on. The total payment for these beginning episodes will be $8.50.
“Rock solid. We took Solo from a back-alley doctor on Nar Shaddaa. He was stabilizing the carbonite after a malfunction and seems to have done a good job. Solo could stay alive in there for years, apparently.”
“Of course. But there was one more thing. We took him from the doctor… but the doctor was working for someone else.”
“Do you mind if I ask… why this man? What is so important about Han Solo?”
Deathstick is a female Dathomirian assassin, one of the few nightsisters who managed to survive General Grievous's slaughter of their clan. Deathstick is currently in the employ of the Crimson Dawn criminal syndicate, helping them to bring in potential bidders and keeping out the unwanted. She has no love for the Empire, and hopes one day to see it fall.
Please base your performance on the portrayal by Sara Cravens in Star Wars: Uprising: https://youtu.be/26x86sQ3sxo. The final clip in the sample video features a robotic filter over her voice. Since Deathstick has a prosthetic jaw, we intend to use a similar robotic filter on all of her lines. If you feel like attempting this effect yourself, feel free, but also please include the raw, unaltered audio in your audition. Deathstick has 6 lines in the first two episodes of the series, paying $8.00, but will have a larger role in later episodes.
“Helped myself to the spice wine while I was waiting. I trust you don’t mind.”
“Interesting. May I ask why you executed your own underling?”
“My name is Deathstick, and I bear a message. Crimson Dawn is inviting the leaders of all other syndicates to a… gathering.”
T'onga was a human female bounty hunter operating during the latter years of the Empire. For a time, she lived in retirement with her wife Losha Tarkon, but when she learned that her twin brother had been killed, she returned to the life of a hunter, dedicating herself to eliminating her brother's killer: Boba Fett. She strayed from this mission, however, when the opportunity presented itself to bring an end to years of rivalry between two warring criminal syndicates.
T'onga has only one line in the first 2 episodes of the series, paying $5.50. However, she has a significantly larger role in the later parts of the series.
"Her name is Cadeliah. And she's the true heir of both the Mourner's Wail and the Unbroken Clan. She's also the reason Nakano Lash killed your son, Khamus."
"We need more muscle for our crew, and my contact highly recommended this one. Besides, Losha, I promise, it's perfectly safe here."
"i am on a mission. I need to find someone. Save them. And to do that, I need the greatest findsman in the galaxy. So, what do you say? Is Zuckuss done feeling sorry for himself?"
Jorr was an alien of unidentified species, who was imprisoned for harboring a rebel. Jorr wound up as one of many prisoners entered involuntarily into the Great Hunt of Malastare, in which the participants were hunted for sport. Jorr came to rely on the aid of fellow prisoner and legendary bounty hunter Bossk to survive the Hunt.
We're open to different takes on this character's voice. Jorr has 8 lines, paying a total of $9.00.
“Thank you! He’s been hunting us for days. I thought we were dead.”
“How did you end up here as a prisoner? The Empire arrested me for harboring a wounded rebel, but I didn’t know-“
“Are we… are we actually supposed to eat that?”
Kaarf was a human male who wound up as one of many prisoners entered involuntarily into the Great Hunt of Malastare, in which the participants were hunted for sport. He came to rely on the aid of fellow prisoner and legendary bounty hunter Bossk to survive the Hunt.
We're open to different takes on this character's voice. He has 7 lines, paying a total of $8.50.
“Go through that valley? That’s an obvious chokepoint for an ambush!”
“You hear what Jorr said? We already got separated from the other runners. We don’t have the numbers to fight back! If we don’t move, they’ll kill us all!”
“We made it to the valley - I can see the docking port at the other end. We’re so close!”
Nothing is known about the identity of this announcer, other than that they worked for the Nar Shaddaa arena in which Boba Fett challenged Wyrmen Lictor. As such, this role is open to anyone regardless of age or gender; just make sure your voice oozes charisma and high energy. The announcer has 6 lines, paying a total of $8.00.
“Place your bets, friends… the next battle is about to begin! It’s a Wormtown Arena favorite, Jonny the Sting, working on his third victory in a row, against a new competitor… let’s hear it for… the Beskar Brawler… Jango!”
“Oooh, that’s gotta hurt. Jonny the Sting just got stung.”
“Jango took him down with one shot, right between the eyes! Bigbot never even got close, poor guy.”
Grummgar was a Dowutin male who worked as a big game hunter and mercenary. After being left to live on his own at a young age, like all Dowutins, Grummgar acquired considerable hunting skills and eventually joined Exum Jermit in the Great Hunt of Malastare.
Please base your performance on the portrayal by John DiMaggio in The Freemaker Adventures: https://youtu.be/-uA_QntoQH8?t=186. Grummgar has 7 lines, paying a total of $8.50.
“We shouldn’t blindly charge into a confrontation. I suggest more caution before-“
“Be on the lookout!”
“Get away from him, you fools!”
Trinia was a female humanoid who served as one of the leaders of the Crimson Dawn criminal syndicate alongside Qi'ra and Margo. Trinia accompanied Margo aboard a starship to bring the carbonite encased body of smuggler Han Solo to the Crimson Dawn's fortress-flagship the Vermillion in preparation for their auction of Solo on the planet Jekara to the most powerful factions in the galaxy.
Trinia has no official voice, and we are open to different interpretations. She has only 2 lines in the opening episodes of the series, but will have more lines later on. Her role in these opening episodes pays a total of $6.00.
"Load it up."
“I imagine the process is very quick. But whether due to the carbonite or something else, look at his face. It’s clear. At this moment, this man was in extraordinary pain.”
A pair of Dug brothers participated in the Great Hunt of Malastare, hunting down the prisoners on the hunting field. What they weren't expecting was that legendary bounty hunter Bossk was hidden among the prisoners.
Two actors will be cast for these roles, and both should base their performance on the voice of Lewis MacLeod in The Phantom Menace: https://youtu.be/IyIm8SDDz6w?t=13. The elder brother has 3 lines, paying $6.50, and the younger has 5 lines, paying $7.50.
NOTE: All of these characters' dialogue is in the fictional language Dug, and while pronunciation doesn't need to be absolutely perfect, the dialogue needs to flow like natural speech.
“Ah, mee panwa jee-jee moosta mo gootu ka doe Muunsa. Tanta porkman crispo sa Trandosha bolla ka ayllu runa du Malastare.”
(Ah, I’m glad we left earlier than the Muun party. Such a high-profile kill as a Trandoshan should go to the natives of Malastare.)
“Chut, turiko, kava tarii do murishagra?”
(But, big brother, how shall we flush out the prisoners?)
“Suyai! Jee-jee tanta, si nopa chinkayhuna ja samincha!”
(Wait! If we separate, we lose our tactical advantage!)
Tekrit was a humanoid male bounty hunter. While in a bar on the moon Nar Shaddaa with his partner Nalita, he saw the bounty hunter Boba Fett and attempted to claim the bounty placed on him. Tekrit tried to shoot to Fett with his blaster, but Fett reacted, killing the rival hunter before he could even attack.
Tekrit has 3 lines total, paying $6.50.
"Whoa."
“Not for me. The biggest open bounty I’ve ever seen just came in. Could set us up for life. Normally, jobs worth this much are handled in private. But this one… it’s open to anyone. Any hunter at all. And the target… is right over there.”
(As he is shot) “Agh!”
Nalita was a human female and the partner of the bounty hunter Tekrit. While in a bar on Nar Shaddaa, Tekrit encounters Boba Fett, and attempts to claim the bounty on Fett's head. Before Nalita even knew what was happening, Fett had shot her partner dead.
Nalita should sound somewhat uncomfortable. She has only 2 lines, paying a total of $6.00.
“Can we get out of here, Tekrit? I feel like I’m gonna catch something just sitting here.”
“What is it? Trouble?”
Ebann Drake was a human male arms dealer who led an arms-smuggling ring on Kaderin. He was a distant cousin of Lady Domina Tagge of the Tagge Corporation, whose company was privately involved with Drake. He received an invitation to the auction of Han Solo, but was killed by parasites before he could arrive.
Drake should have an English accent, but should sound less posh than the typical Imperial, and more cockney. He has 2 lines, paying a total of $6.00.
"A toast! To us, and a change in fortune. In a couple of days, this invitation gets us into the event of the century. And by the time we walk out, everyone will know our names.”
(Upon the arrival of his food) “Finally. Ahhh…”
Marlo was a Hutt who was an elder member of the Grand Hutt Council during the reign of the Galactic Empire. Between 3 ABY and 4 ABY Kani and the rest of the Council was invited to an auction on the planet Jekara for the carbonite encased body of Han Solo that was hosted by the returning Crimson Dawn criminal syndicate.
Please base your performance on the portrayal by Kevin Michael Richardson in The Clone Wars, (which in turn was based on the performance by Marlon Brando of Vito Corleone in The Godfather): https://youtu.be/mt-esEOHv_k?t=20. Marlo has 2 lines in the opening episodes, paying $6.00, but will have more lines later in the series.
NOTE: All of Marlo's dialogue is in the fictional language Huttese, and while pronunciation doesn't need to be absolutely perfect, the dialogue needs to flow like natural speech.
(Being woken up) "Choy?"
(Whaa?)
(Somewhat confused) "Chalaba? Tagwa, tagwa. Jeejee lwaa chalaba. Jee phaba Ponlaueay Soh ah cheeka cay peee jeejee caiot woy yanee. Heee poh see uen, pionpoe... Jee cha panweba hoohah. Tee bo dondichola."
(Proceed? Yes, yes. We should proceed. I believe Chancellor Soh is a woman with whom we can do business. Those cats of hers, though… I don’t trust them. Not one bit.)
Meeka was a Hutt who was a member of the Grand Hutt Council during the reign of the Galactic Empire. Between 3 ABY and 4 ABY the Hutt Council was invited to the planet by the resurgent criminal syndicate Crimson Dawn, now under the leadership of Lady Qi'ra, to attend a auction for the carbonite encased body of Han Solo.
Meeka should have a deep, guttural voice like Jabba, but should not sound identical. Here is a sample of Larry Ward's portrayal of Jabba for reference: https://youtu.be/-Rv9_ZCcp9I?t=39. Meeka has 2 lines in the opening episodes, paying $6.00, but will have more lines later in the series.
NOTE: All of Meeka's dialogue is in the fictional language Huttese, and while pronunciation doesn't need to be absolutely perfect, the dialogue needs to flow like natural speech.
Um whao fa doth maoue... tah lhima tee woy kae yatuka che roy. Uogna maee ateema... fa caiit yom wa inkabunga dowapkeieu. La doth kiukamaie du twa hou.
(But if it is real… this group has not made any moves for years. Appearing again now… it could have a destabilizing effect. They were powerful in their day.)
Lwaa jeejee doth donee?
(Should we be worried?)
Kani was a Hutt female who was a member of the Grand Hutt Council during the reign of the Galactic Empire. Between 3 ABY and 4 ABY Kani and the rest of the Council was invited to an auction on the planet Jekara for the carbonite encased body of Han Solo that was hosted by the returning Crimson Dawn criminal syndicate.
Kani should have a deep, guttural voice like Jabba, but should obviously sound more female. Here is a sample of Larry Ward's portrayal of Jabba for reference: https://youtu.be/-Rv9_ZCcp9I?t=39. Kani has 1 line in the opening episodes, paying $5.50, but will have more lines later in the series.
NOTE: All of Kani's dialogue is in the fictional language Huttese, and while pronunciation doesn't need to be absolutely perfect, the dialogue needs to flow like natural speech.
Jee dotmay fa baa maoue. La vee baah bu ree yuna cohka. Jee kacay wa natmahpiniana dah Shu-Torun... fa jotke che bacogna.
(I hope it’s real. They always threw the very best parties. I remember a soiree on Shu-Torun… it lasted for weeks.)
There will be countless unnamed extras to cast for this project, including humans, aliens, and droids. We've determined the best way to cast these roles would be for anyone interested to post a short demo of the various voices you can perform, including different Earth accents, alien voices, and robotic voices.
Naturally these roles will have varying numbers of lines, but all pay a minimum of $5.50.
Please submit a short demo reel of your different voices, reading any lines.
