Star Wars: Heir to the Empire Issue #1
Project Overview
As I’m sure most you are aware, at Star Wars Celebration, the first proper Ahsoka trailer was revealed and boy oh boy did it go hard. I absolutely loved the trailer and all it contained and all it hinted at. I’m so keen, and I was thinking that I do make immersive audio comics on this channel and I know how popular the Thrawn trilogy is among fans, so this is a video for my official casting call, and there are a lot of roles so keep watching as I list them out. I will of course be starting with the Heir to the Empire comics and I will complete the others as I get to them. Many of these characters will be reoccurring, and as much as I’d prefer you to stay for the long run, I completely understand not being able to commit completely, and that’s fine, I’ll just recast later down the line when or if required but please let me know so I can be prepared.

A Captain aboard Thrawn’s fleet. He is a typical, grumpy, arrogant imperial officer who questions Thrawn but can’t argue with his results. Medium sized role.

He is the bodyguard and assassin for Grand Admiral Thrawn. I want him to have a deep, menacing voice ideally but I am open to your interpretation of what he could sound like.

Need I say more, the most important voice in this audio comic, I want him to sound close to Lars Mikelson version in Rebels, here is a clip for inspiration. Needs to exude that calm, calculating presence.

If you don’t know who this is, you probably should be auditioning for this role. I want him to sound as close to Hamill in Return of the Jedi as possible.

He is effectively the new Jabba the Hutt, in charge of the underworld. I am open to your interpretation of what he should sound like.

An extremely powerful dark Jedi, who’s been waiting on a planet that Thrawn will arrive on. Very important role, he sounds old but not frail, there should be gravitas to his voice. Open to your interpretation but those are the general guides.

Minor role, Male councillor for the rebellion, sits on the table that makes the decisions, doesn’t like Admiral Ackbar. Open to your interpretation of what he should like.
"Or could it be a lack of trust?"
"It's hardly worthwhile to send a valuable man like Captain Solo on these missions if they're pre doomed to failure."
"Possible?"
I want her to sound like her Return of the Jedi counterpart, Here is some inspiration you can use.
