Cast has been decided
Hello everyone again, this is Bily of SpeedForce Productions, Director, Writer, and Animator for Sonic the Hedgehog: The Return of Chaos.
I'm here to announce I have chosen who will be voicing characters in the upcoming movie, the names will be said shortly.
I want to say that there were so many great auditions for this project and I thank everyone for auditioning, I'm sorry for those that didn't get picked but don't ever give up and there's always next time.
Originally I was only going to have person per character, but I liked certain auditions of certain characters a lot that I decided to cast said person more than once.
Onto the cast!
Our voice of Sonic the Hedgehog is Smoovington, I really liked his take on Sonic, to me it sounded like a mix of Ryan and Jason from the games.
Our voice of Tails and Amy are atscherning, her voice as both characters are to my liking and I can feel that she was those two characters.
Our voice of Knuckles, Espio and Cubot are HuntK7870, This guy did a really great job voicing the characters, he fits the direction I'm going for in this movie. (He was also the only person to audition for Cubot...)
Our voice of Silver goes to ac, ac did an awesome job at capturing Silver in my opinion, when I heard his audition, I had Silver from 06, which is a massive plus in my book.
Our voice of Shadow goes to SonicQrow, he did his audition and he almost sounded like Jason Griffitn while also having a bit of his own take, I really like that from this guy.
Next we have our voice of Eggman, which is BoyleVoices, he gave his audition a lot of character, even sounding like Mike Pollock in the process, it was a hard choice between him and one other person, but I went with Boyle in the end cause I really like the Mike Pollock in him.
Next we have Vector, who will be played by geekysonic, his audition was really good, he sounds just like Vector which is a really good sign, well done, geeky.
Charmy will be voiced by yoshifan163, listening to all the Charmy voices was diffcult, each audition gave a different take on the character's voice which I said I was open to, I went with yoshi cause their voice I think fits better.
Orbot will be played by Blingy, he gave the character a British sounding voice which I think really works and even put on a robot voice filter of some kind, which was very nice.
And finally we have Tikal who will be voiced by CashlinSnow, finding Tikal's voice for the movie was diffcult to choose, I liked each audition, but when I had to pick one, I went with Cashlin, her voice was brillaint and I liked what she brought to the character in her audition.
And that is all the cast, once again, thank you to everyone that auditioned for the project, I'm sorry to those that didn't get picked, but everyone put their best efforts into their auditions that I'm truly proud of everyone. I look forward to working with the people that have been casted, a message to a Discord server invite will be sent once this update has been posted.
