Sonic: Phantom Forces Comic Dub
Project Overview
Sonic Phantom Forces is a comic made by ebetto, and is a retelling of Sonic Forces from the perspective of Sonic being corrupted to the evil side. This audition is just for issue 1, but there will be more issues, where more characters are introduced. Therefore when auditioning, you have to be committed to acting for a long term multi issue series. You will also need to have decently good mic quality, with no buzzing or background noise.
AUDITION DEADLINE- 10TH JUNE
When sending audition lines, they need to be done in a AAA, BBB, CCC format, so 3 takes for each line.
Voice direction for each character-
Sonic- Impersonations of all 3 of his vas are welcome, and so is your own take on the character. What is important to note, is that sonic turns evil due to the phantom ruby, later on in the comic, so you need to be capable of doing both a positive and evil sonic voice.
Tails- Coleen or Amy (sonic x tails voice) are preferable, but your own take on his character is welcome as well.
Eggman- A Mike Pollock impression, or your own take on the character is desirable.
Gaget/Rookie- Ideally I imagine Gadget having a soft sounding, dork like voice, but as he has no official voice, any impersonation is welcome.
Infinite- An impersonation of his forces voice, or your own take is preferable. I have had to select lines form the games for the auditions, as issue 1 has limited lines for Infinite, however he will appear more in the series later.
Shadow- A David or Jason impression is preferable, but own takes on his voice are equally welcomed. Similar to Infinite, I have had to choose game lines for the audition, but he will appear more in the comic series later on.
Orbot/Cubot- Impersonations of their Boom voices, or your own take on their voices is preferable, you will need a robot filter.
Omega- Impersonations of his heroes, or forces voice is preferable, but own takes on his voice are welcomed too. You will need a robot filter.

In the beginning of the series Sonic is confident, cocky, caring, and laidback. However through out the issues, Sonic becomes corrupted by the phantom ruby, and becomes a more villainous heartless character, who experiences amnesia.
(Teasing) "So, made a new friend EggHead? I'm proud of you. Though honestly I shouldn't be surprised"
(Caring) "Here, Sorry about shovin' you though-"
(angry/evil) "h-HEY! DON'T WALK AWAY!"
Tails is a young, energetic mechanic character who fights alongside Sonic as his companion and best friend, but becomes more serious as the series progresses, when Sonic turns evil.
(Cheerful) No Worries, Ms Juniper. It was my pleasure!"
(Grateful and serious) "Yeah, Thanks to your quick timing, Omega. I better contact Sonic about this"
(Confused) - "Wha-? He's even faster than Sonic?"
Eggman is a malicious yet funny villain, who is the main rival of Sonic, however despite the many times he has lost against Sonic, he is still a very intelligent and notorious villain.
(Confident) This is no mere project. This masterpiece. Is the beginning of a new era. An era without Sonic"
(Half singing/Evil) "RUN RUN RUN! My little pests!"
(Mischievous/Malicious) "Oooh Omega- I never (emphasis) forget who I'm fighting
A determined, naïve yet brave wolf, who is willing to to always help others no matter what the cost but also has an innocent nature
(serious)"That fox kid. He's going to get himself hurt!"
(worried) "GET OUT OF THERE!"
(bewildered) " Y-You're Sonic!"
A power hungry villain with an inferiority complex, who sees others as below him and weaker, and has the power to manipulate reality and create illusions.
(mocking) "would you like to try again rat?"
(deranged) "I can taste your terror child. All that anxiety and doubt. It's delicious"
(desperate) "No wait! I can still fight!"
Shadow is an introverted, collected and serious character, who likes to keep on track and get the job done. Despite keeping his emotions in check, he does care for the small group of people he keeps close to him, and keeping his promise to his best friend Maria to keep the world safe.
(impressed) "You never cease to surprise me blue hedgehog. I thought that capsule you were in exploded in space"
(determined) "If the world chooses to become my enemy. I will fight like I always have."
(sad) "Maria this is what you wanted right... this is my promise I made to you"
Orbot is a cheerful, helpful robot companion to Dr Eggman, although he is more careful and intelligent with what he says compared to his more excitable companion Cubot.
(cheerful) "Ah good afternoon sir. How are we feeling today"
(excited) "Ready for another round of sparring via inter-dimensional chess?"
(curious) "You haven't been very active lately? Just how long do you plan to be working on this project of yours?"
Cubot is a hyper active, excitable robot companion to Eggman, and will often get on Eggman's nerves, due to often speaking of Eggmans failures, without realising he is being irritating
(confused) "Buuuuut- Isn't that what you said about the last couple 'eras'? "
(Excited) SWEET! I'll go get the evil milk!"
(worried) "We had to drag you back home! It was spring break all over again!"
Omega is a robot created by Eggman, yet he hates his creator, and loves destruction, particularly the destruction of Eggman robots.
(slightly concerned) "Inquiry: Are you alright?"
(angry) "Do not turn on me Eggman!"
(confused) "This situation is not correct"
