Project Overview
Road to Duluth is an audio drama that follows Josh, a 17 year old runaway, as he searches for his missing cousin. Along the way he'll discover unknown truths about his family that will change everything.

Hey guys! So this project is my first crack at an audio drama and of course I'm looking for some fabulous voice actors to help me out! Now I'm only casting for the pilot, and I can't guarantee these characters will have SUPER large roles in the full series, but we shall see as the planning process moves along. So I have a quick couple of notes.
1. This is an audio drama, not animation. I want real voices, real acting! Act as if you're on camera, don't even think about it as Voiceover. PLEASE no cartoony, over the top deliveries.
2. Good quality Audio. I will not budge on this one. I don't care if you're the next Meryl Streep, if it's low quality, I just can't work with it.
3.This series has a lot of adult themes so you have to be okay with swearing, mentions of drug use and abuse.
4. Have a discord. I'm gonna be making one for the series so we can plan things out as we go along.

Jackson is Josh's best friend. They tease each other a lot, but at the end of the day he care's about Josh like a brother. He's much more straight laced than Josh, but is still willing to have a good time.

Like...you know where shit like this is gonna lead you. You've seen it multiple times and yet, you just don't stop. You're not inherently a fuckup...you just choose to be one.
Grandma is a tough old lady. She's been around the block once or twice and has definitely seen some shit. She may have an acerbic tongue, but she loves Joshua and refuses to see him go to jail, just like his father.

I'm so proud of you. I know things have been really hard for you since your Dad went away, but I think that was the catalyst you needed. I don't usually see this kind of progress with a lot of the kids I deal with. Keep up the good work.
Potential Series Antagonist. Red Eye was in business with Josh's father, but after he got himself locked up, he turned to Josh to do his dirty work. He's a real scumbag. You know all those "Florida Man" Criminal memes? Yeah that's this guy. I want a real gruff, threatening voice for this role. Wouldn't hurt if he had a bit of Southern twang, they ARE in Florida after all!

I need you to head out to Wakefield, I got some guys willing to pay top dollar for this shit. They're cracking down on all the suppliers out there and everyone's starting to fiend. And you know just as well as I do that's the perfect time to strike.
I don't give a fuck how you get there, drive, take a train, shit you can teleport for all I care. But you will get there. Got it? This is big money.
