Hello everyone!
I have decided to take on as one of my first projects, a fandub of the animated cutscenes from the game Rhythm Thief for 3DS. The official English dub for the game has been regarded as fairly mediocre, so I thought I would bring my take to this wonderfully fun story (which 100% deserves a sequel!!). If all goes well enough, I may consider doing a dub for the entire game, including in-game dialogue.
Things I am looking for in cast members:
-Decent microphone quality. Please try to limit background noise as much as possible.
-Ability to use Discord. This is my primary method of contact and how I would prefer to give direction.
-Accents only where specified. I have decided for my fandub that you can speak in the accent you are most comfortable with (i.e., your natural accent), even though the characters are French. The only exception will be Napoleon, who needs to have a ridiculous, over-the-top French accent.
I have already cast 2 roles ahead of time, which I will note in the cast list. The rest are up for grabs, and I'm hoping to see some really fun and interesting takes on the character. Don't feel a need to imitate the original voice actors, as I'm looking to do something brand new.

Marie is 17 years old and a talented violinist. Her violin has a mark that is similar to the one on Raphael's coin. She is quiet and extremely kind.
My mother left me this song... I've practiced it daily, always hoping that one day, I might play it for her.
The inspector will stop at nothing to capture the elusive Phantom R. His daughter, Charlie, often gets into trouble.
For the inspector, I would like a gruff, yet slightly goofy-sounding voice.
Stop right there, Phantom R! For the appropriation of cultural artifacts... I arrest you!
Voila, the famed Paris roller skate brigade! Escape is not an option. Go, get him!
Phantom R's best friend, who happens to be a dog. He also manages to bark in French somehow.

Supposedly the emperor Napoleon risen from the dead, he is the main antagonist of the game. He is trying to obtain the Dragon Crown from Phantom R. However, he is not actually the real Napoleon.
I would like him to have a thick French accent, to the point of being comical.
I am Napoleon, your emperor!

A wealthy duchess who is Marie's mother. She appears to be cold and uncaring at first, but eventually shows her caring side when Marie is threatened.
She needs to have a noble-sounding voice, to the point of being a bit stuck-up.
Do not waste my time with this nonsense!
Forgive me, Marie. I wanted to spare you from all this.
Raphael's father who abandoned him. He left Raphael a coin with a symbol that links him to the Bracelet of Tiamat and Marie's violin.
Time to awaken, Emperor.

Raphael is an average 18-year-old student... except when he goes by his secret identity, Phantom R. Phantom R has stolen works of art from the Louvre by using his sick dance moves and always manages to stay classy, even while evading the police. His best friend is his dog, Fondue.
For this voice, I am looking for a youthful, yet suave tone. Phantom R is a guy that can always play it cool. You should also be prepared to do a child version of your voice for flashback scenes (though this isn't a requirement).

He is Marie's guardian, and appears to have her best interests at heart. However, it is later revealed that he is an accomplice to Napoleon.

Charlie is a tomboyish girl who loves to play soccer and claims to be a detective. She challenges Phantom R multiple times in order to prove her worth to her father.
Her voice will need to sound gender neutral for the most part, as Phantom R believes she is a boy for the first part of the game. Be sure to give her lots of attitude.
So you'll come quietly? Or do you require a penalty kick to the head?
