PUNK RAT POISON Thesis Film
Project Overview
A mysterious man named Gavril is on the run from the FBI while in NYC due to his control over deadly black goo. He travels to an airport with goals of flying to LA, though reminders of his last time in the Big Apple reveal that it wasn’t always like this.
Here’s a film I made last year and A film I made this year, both in the BUBO series.

RATE: $150/hour for Gavril
$4/line (including takes) for Angelo
Keep in Mind:
Must be at least 18 y/o
Rates are in USD and payment will be through PayPal
You may try out for more than one character! You’ll only be accepted for one role though.
Must be willing to scream/shout, cry, make awkward noises, and swear.
A good, clear mic is a must.
The audition lines in this doc are mandatory to submit for auditioning.
Submission Guidelines:
2 takes max per line. Read your lines as ABCABC.
Your audition for a character should be on a single file, not split. Minimal editing is optional, but please don’t modify your voice with effects.
Files should be in mono mp3/wav format. (LABEL: Character_YourName)

:: Middle-aged (40 y/o)
:: Romanian talent is preferred, as the ability to speak Romanian as well as act with a convincing accent are mandatory. The accent shouldn’t be thick nor exaggerated but should still be heard, as long as it sounds natural. Gavril is from Southern Romanian (So think Muntenesc, rather than Transylvanian)
CHARACTER NOTES:
Gavril is volatile, boisterous, and slimy in more ways than one. He isn’t afraid to show his love for the unconventional and his apathy for authority. He lives to be hedonistic, over-indulging himself wherever possible.
