Rita Repulsa is an evil, space witch bent on ruling the universe. Being a powerful sorceress, Rita has conquered many worlds and amassed a large collection of monsters and Putty Patrollers to do her bidding. During her reign of terror, she led a group of minions to conquer Earth, a planet populated by humans. Plus, she is married to Lord Zedd.

Zordon of Eltar is the great and wise mentor of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. After seeing his friends die by the hands of Rita Repulsa, he's now stuck in a time warp, and has to find a way to get to the other dimension of the Miraculous to save their world from Rita and Lord Zedd.

Plagg is the kwami of the cat miraculous and hold the powers of destruction. He can be helpful but mischievous at the same time. Especially when he smells nasty cheese.
