Port is one of the two protagonists in Port & Kelly. They are loosely based off of Kenny from South Park, and speak behind their own mask like him, making most of their lines muffled. They have no specific idea for their voice.

Nobody really knows his true name, or.. anything about him, really! Ringmaster is a background character in Port & Kelly, a mysterious circus owner who takes in and haphazardly trains anyone who asks to join. His voice? Imagine Ryoma Hoshi Meets Stanford Pines.

Is that a talking rat?! Well, kind of. Woozy is a rabid rat that lives in the drawers and cabinets of Yellow Brick Roads, known for going on long monologues in it’s head. It's voice is similar to KO’s from OK.KO.

Cloud kid is an anxious wreck of a creature. Nobody knows what exactly he is, but they don’t quite care, treating him as an equal in an equally weird town. He has no specific voice idea.

She’s a person alright! This character is simply a background character in Port & Kelly. No specific idea in mind for her, as long as her voice is feminine.

Collector of manga and cashier at 3 local shops, Ricky is a great guy! ..Unless you talk bad about his favorite ships, that is. Imagine Elder Mark from Craig of the Creek.
