"A HERO'S TRAGIC RETURN AFTER A 2-MONTH ABSENCE LEADS TO A FEW SERIOUS CHANGES IN THE MARVEL RISING UNIVERSE."
A Story Set After The Events of "Marvel Rising: Playing With Fire".
"For the first time with our own vison of our fan-favorite superhero, Peter Parker is an homeless, emotionally scarred recluse who always loses everything: his job, his renting, and most tragically, his family. However, after reminiscing of his good memories, he is forced to return to the superhero community as Spider-Man once again, trying to amend his mistakes and reconciling with friends and allies, mostly his girlfriend Mary Jane Watson. But when a new, haunting menace in which would become one of his dangerous foes lurk in the shadows to destroy him and prevent an unknown prophecy, Spider-Man, with the help of the Secret Warriors, must fight his inner demons from the inside to learn that his family's sacrifices are not in vain. Leap into a more mature, tragic take of our favorite web-slinger in this fan film that deals with depression, reunions, and acceptance."
This project is a big passion for me to make to continue the universe of the Marvel Rising franchise, although the previous specials are made for very younger audiences such as kids. But for this one, it's not just for kids, but for teens and adults as well. This will explore emotions, more fight scenes, and some shocking events that may surprise you and fulfill your hopes. For the character of Spider-Man, I decided to create my own take on him as less tormented and angst Peter Parker, like Andrew Garfield's version from Marc Webb's films. Since it is my own take on the character, he will be explored on how to overcome his inner demons within.
For those who are wondering what would Peter Parker be in my fan film: So in contrast to other portrayals of previous Spider-Men, as well as the mainstream comic version, who are all relatable to audiences who experience issues like school, work, and teenage relationships, the Peter Parker of Marvel Rising: Amazing Fantasy will be growing tired/having enough of his "Parker Luck", in which although he quits being Spider-Man, his life continues to fall apart, still dealing-yet-failing with tough issues such as losing his job and being evicted from his apartment for not paying rent; due to himself being the last surviving member of the Parker family. The deaths that occurred to him may have robbed him of his happiness and innocence, sending him to a tragic turn. If you try to reflect about it, think about Markos Lee's Spider-Man 2018 and Heath Gleason's Intractable Spider-Man Fan Films. So, while previous incarnations relate to people with issue-dealing shenanigans, this version of Spider-Man will relate to people who are grieving for their lost ones, especially those who are taken from them. The lesson for the story will be all about one thing.... acceptance.
For those who want to also voice their chosen characters for the sequel, especially the next chapters of the series based on the Marvel Rising universe that will become the six-part "Spider-Man Saga", then you're officially cast for it.
