Hello, we are the team of Love Letter: My True Feelings. This will be the first of many casting calls for this video game.
Love Letter: My True Feelings is a social simulator/horror game that will feature blood, violence, and sensitive topics. The storyline follows the player character Setsuna (or Setsuro depending on gender choice) and their obsession with Senpai. The player character is a Yandere. The objective of the game is to figure out who is a rival in love and to eliminate them by any means necessary. The game as of now is expected to have a minimum of 3 rivals.
Auditioning
If you are cast you will have to sign an NDA before being allowed onto the team. If you do not sign the NDA, we sadly cannot bring you onto the team, and we will have to recast the role. The NDA is fairly standard and we are always willing to help cast members with any questions they may have about it.
We also expect professionalism within the team, if you cannot comply with this then please do not audition.
Payment
While at this moment in time we cannot guarantee payment, we do hope to be able to pay our team once a demo is released. We estimate a demo to be released in less than a year's time but we cannot officially confirm a date at this time. Once the demo is released, and a Patreon is opened to fund the game, we will have an open conversation with the cast members regarding rates. All voice-over cast members will be paid the same rates (if you were to be cast in 2 roles you would get the base rate x2) and will be paid based on lines. This is subject to change if the voice-over team collectively agrees on a different payment plan. There will not be any back pay for lines completed.
Release
The game will be released as a free-to-play game. We are unsure of which platform we will be choosing to host our game at this time. The game will be released to windows only.

Setsurou is the male counterpart of Setsuna.
This is the male player character.
He is outgoing and happy like a typical Yandere. We have no specific voice in mind for this character but we do want a youthful and slightly higher sounding male to play this role.

(Setsurou is talking to a classmate about joining a club) [Conversational] "I heard that you were looking for new members for the nature club. I was wondering if I could join?"
(Setsurou is stalking Senpai and speaking to himself) [Muttering/Loving/Happy] "He looks so happy and peaceful like that. The way he snores lightly in his sleep, his dorky grin, and his purity. I love him."
(Setsurou is talking to a friend about his feelings) [Flustered/Frantic] "I just. I can't just confess to him! What will he think of me? What if he laughs at me? I love him. I need him. I have to make sure he loves me too otherwise, well you don't want to know what would happen."
(Setsurou found out someone has a crush on Senpai) [Angry/Crazed] "You think that you are worthy of him? You are nothing. If you don't back off of my man I won't hesitate to kill you and everyone you love. I love him more than life itself. You are nothing."
Senpai is the main love interest of the player character.
We want a soothing voice that can reflect a lot of emotion in it.

Shiro Saito (the name is not final) is an informative character who serves to help the player character.
We are thinking of a raspier, high pitch, and "gamer "girl type voice.
Three words that describe the personality of this character are; introverted, technical, and cold.

(Speaking to the player character) [Cold/Distant] "I understand you have feelings for Senpai. I believe we could be mutually beneficial to one another. I propose that I help you get him and you help me with anything I need or want. Do we have an agreement?"
(Giving information) [Analytical] "Senpai goes to class every day at 9 am in room 3-C, he eats lunch at 12 pm in the garden before returning to class at 1 pm, he gets out of class at 3 pm and goes to the library to study until 6 pm."
(Player character has not upheld their end of the agreement) [Cold] "You did not complete the task I gave you. You will not be getting anything from me."
(Player character has done something stupid) [Angry] "You are an absolute idiot! How dense are you? I gave you a simple job. Urg..."
