Kuroko's Basketball Anime Fandub
Project Overview
WHAT IS THIS?
This is going to be a fanmade dub of the popular Anime series, Kuroko's Basketball
General Summary
For the last three years, Teikou Middle School has dominated the national basketball scene with its legendary lineup: the "Generation of Miracles." It consisted of five prodigies who excelled at the sport, but a "Phantom Sixth Man" lurked in the shadows and helped earn the team their revered status. Eventually, their monstrous growth jaded them from the sport they loved and made them go their separate ways in high school. In search of new members, the Seirin High School basketball team recruits Taiga Kagami and Tetsuya Kuroko, two freshmen who seem to have significant differences in abilities. Having returned recently from America, Kagami has both a natural aptitude and relentless love for the sport. Meanwhile, Kuroko lacks presence and exhibits no outstanding athletic talent. However, it is later revealed that he is Teikou's Phantom Sixth Man—the player once part of the Generation of Miracles.Kuroko wants to prove to the Seirin team that he is strong in his own way. Seeing his conviction, Kagami forms a dynamic partnership with Kuroko, the latter promising to support Kagami's "light" as his "shadow." Alongside their new Seirin teammates, they aim to conquer the upcoming Interhigh championship, but the reappearance of Kuroko's former teammates complicates their plan.

I see. Hmm...
Hmm... His total lack of presence is surprising enough on its own. But he can also pass like that?
That's troubling. To think that Midorima's sealed off like this. Hm... What to do...?
Genta Takeuchi (武内 源太 Takeuchi Genta) is the coach of Kaijō High.

Ah, you're here. I'm thinking we'll only need half the court today.
It's like you see. We thought the team could get some fine-tuning from todays game... ...but there's clearly not much those sitting out could learn by watching.
If there's anyone who doesn't need fine-tuning though... It'd be my starters.
Tatsuya Himuro (氷室 辰也 Himuro Tatsuya) is Yōsen High's second year shooting guard who was Taiga Kagami's brother figure back in the United States.

I just need someone to edit the VA's audio onto the video to match the lip flaps. Also do not worry about any of the sound design I will handle that. Also If you could clean up the VA's audio and make it sound as good as possible, as well as any audio effects it may need that would be amazing.

The possibility of victory is only 0% when all the players give up. I refused to make it 0% myself. It's not over
The title of Phantom Sixth Man. I'm sorry but... I don't feel like surrendering it yet.
The ace shouldering everyone's feelings, never looses.. I believe in Kagami...!
Taiga Kagami (火神 大我 Kagami Taiga) is the deuteragonist of the Kuroko no Basuke series as well as the ace and power forward of Seirin High. He is Tetsuya Kuroko's basketball colleague and friend who is determined to defeat the Generation of Miracles and become the best in Japan.

After all, life is about challenges! Without strong opponents, living isn't fun. It's perfect if I can't win!
It's not "want". We "will" become number 1!!
What's so funny, you ***. Murasakibara did an awesome play. Kise too, and you mocked them incessantly. I've been boiling since your match with Team Strky. But now I am completely pissed off!!! We won't lose to scum like you even if we die!!!!!!!
Daiki Aomine (青峰 大輝 Aomine Daiki) was the ace player of the renowned Generation of Miracles and was the former partner/light of Kuroko in Teikō. He currently plays as the ace and power forward of Tōō Academy. He and Kagami are sworn rivals after their clashes in the Interhigh preliminaries and in the Winter Cup. He was the main antagonist until the first round of the Winter Cup.

The only one who can win against me, is me!
I don't even remember how to receive your passes anymore.
What's with this... It wasn't a gatekeeper or anything. The one standing in front of that door... It was you all along, wasn't it? Tetsu.
Shintarō Midorima (緑間 真太郎 Midorima Shintarō) was the vice-captain and shooting guard of the Generation of Miracles who now plays for one of the Three Kings of Tokyo, Shūtoku High.

There's no way I wouldn't be aware of how many shots I'm capable of. My limit... I passed it long ago.
Man proposes, God disposes. I am a man that proposes, I always carry my lucky item of the day with me as my horoscope said. That's why my shots never miss.
It's really frustrating... losing.
Ryōta Kise (黄瀬 涼太 Kise Ryōta) was the Generation of Miracles' small forward who now plays at Kaijō High. He is well known for his copying abilities, as he can copy any technique he sees, often with more power than the original. He also works as a model.

I don't care about what's the right argument or whatever right now. What I want is to defeat you. I'm not matured enough like an adult to hold down my instincts and play basketball with logic.
I'm not really obsessed with the name 'Generation of Miracles' but... if you're willing to pick up a fight that much... even someone like me is no man to let that slide.
I'm a man who shows proper respect to the people I admire.
Atsushi Murasakibara (紫原 敦 Murasakibara Atsushi) was the Generation of Miracles' center who now plays for Yōsen High.

I hate practice but I hate losing even more.
You can't win against absolute height. Any petty ideals are made obselete by me.
I'll show you just how cruel a sport basketball is.
Junpei Hyūga (日向 順平 Hyūga Junpei) is Seirin’s captain and shooting guard. He is a clutch-player and mainly excels at shooting.

What? Quit praying, freshmen. When I'm shooting, get ready to celebrate!
Don't you dare look down on us!! We'll do it!! If we can't, we'll do anything whether it's confessing bare naked or whatever!!
Anytime we take on the "Generation of Miracles", it always comes to this. This is where we've gotta leave it up to our ace... If we didn't have our trustworthy ace, then we'd have been brought to our knees by now. If that were the case, I'd be fine just lamenting our loss and thinking "if only we had one." But we have Kagami. And that's enough, right?
Shun Izuki (伊月 俊 Idzuki Shun) is a second-year regular point guard and vice-captain at Seirin High whose signature ability is the Eagle Eye, which helps him keep track of the court and tailor his team's plays accordingly.

Nice. I’m impressed, Mitobe.
Point guards with lower specs have to use our heads!
A camel told me... compared to Akashi, you're just a hump in the road.
Rinnosuke Mitobe (水戸部 凛之助 Mitobe Rinnosuke) is Seirin High's second year center and a regular until Teppei Kiyoshi's return.

(Mitobe dislikes talking so just give me some quotes you would expect in a basketball anime or your demo reel, mainly because I cant find any lines for him)
Riko Aida (相田 リコ Aida Riko) is Seirin High's boys' basketball club's coach and the daughter of Kagetora Aida who has the ability to Scan someone and bring out every detail about that person.

If their hearts get fragile, I'll become their support. If they're threatened, I'll become their shield. I'll sacrifice myself any day to protect everyone. That is why I came back!!
If you're climbing up a mountain, obviously you're aiming for the top. But let's enjoy the view.
The Winter Cup will be an all-out war with the Generation of Miracles.

"I was so frustrated that I continued practicing even after I retired… And then when I entered high school, hell yeah, I laughed. The guy I vowed to defeat no matter what was standing right in front of me as one of my own teammates. But now it's pointless to hold a grudge. Rather, I wanted to make you recognize me."[3] (to Shintarō Midorima after they first met)
"It occurred to me the first time we met, you and I are the same type of person. We're both first years and we both specialize in passing. So I guess you could say I hate you because your so similar to me. I just don't wanna lose to you." (to Tetsuya Kuroko during their first time playing each other)
Yukio Kasamatsu (笠松 幸男 Kasamatsu Yukio) was Kaijō High's third year point guard and captain. After the Winter Cup, he retired along with the rest of the third years.

Buck up everybody! You've tried your best!! We're among the best 8 teams in the whole nation! Go back with pride!"[19] (after their loss against Tōō Academy)
"I'll tell you what's so great about it. Before you even factor in being good or bad, this is Kaijō High School's Basketball Club. It's not because we were born earlier. The second and third years here have been working hard on this team longer than you have. I'm telling you to have respect for that experience. Doesn't matter if you're from the "Generation of Miracles" or anything else. You're now a freshmen at Kaijō. And I'm a senior here, the captain, Yukio Kasamatsu. Got any complaints?"[20] (his speech towards Ryōta Kise about the team's hierarchy) Etymology
