Hello! My name is Khloe, a digital artist and hobbyist voice actor. I'm looking for voice actors to join our fan dubbing group of the series Demon Slayer! I will be editor and director, as well as playing the part of Nezuko (as well as some minor villains).
We will be dubbing episodes (ideally all) of the anime, as well as possibly fan comics and manga scenes! I'd really just like to create a dub group to create fun content revolving around the series. (Incidentally I started this project just before the official dub was announced, so this is just for fun and voice acting practice!) This content will be posted to our Youtube channel.
For the first episode, the only character we are looking for is Tanjiro Kamado, our main character- but after we progress further I'd like to cast other minor characters here as well! For this purpose, I'll have an extra section for you to leave for your voice reel or try the extras lines if you're interested in joining the project!
Requirements:
Please only audition if you're committed to stay with the project long term, as we will be dubbing a multitude of episodes and other Demon Slayer related media. It is absolutely not necessary to sound like the official dub- in fact, I would encourage you to have your own interpretations and have fun with it! This project is going to be a very casual, laid back project for both practice and have fun ♡

Tanjiro Kamado is the main character of the series- a demon slayer working to find a way to turn his beloved sister from a demon back into a human. Tanjiro's role involves a lot of yelling and emotional lines, and by far has the most lines in the anime. He is 16 years old, and he sounds like a teenager, as such. His voice is clear and ringing, but breaks when he's scared or grieving. Medium-high range.
(Consoling his sister, who wanted to come with him down the mountain) Thank you Hanako- You're staying home today. You too, Shigeru. I'll bring lots of goodies back, okay?
(Panicking) Nezuko... Nezuko! Nezuko, hang in there, okay!? Please... Please...
Total Concentration... Water Breathing!
(Panicking) Why didn't they send a Hashira!? It doesn't matter how many Mizunoto they send, it won't help! We're all going to die!
(Calling out to him) I'm gonna need some coal, Tanjiro!
I'll wash your clothes, so please, wear these robes. They are very soft to the touch. Go ahead, make yourself comfortable.
