Welcome to the casting call to fully cover "Paradigm" a song played in the animation video by Guy Collins and orchestrated by Leslie Wai. Originally premiering back in 2015, this marks the 6th year that Kaizo Trap has been on YouTube, and a very exciting one at that since the news of the fangame of the animation is now in full swing with its beta testing going on while remaining open to the public as updates come available to fans of Project Kaizo Trap. While I am not affiliated with either creator, I feel this could be a rather unique addition to the fandom as I have yet to see such a task be handled for a vocal cover before.
WHAT IS KAIZO TRAP? (Spoilers ahead if you haven't watched the attached original video)
"Kaizo Trap" tells the story of Kai (left) and Zo (right) who are thrown into a Kaizo Trap console, the story focusing on Kai as she searches for Zo and a way out of the game. Along the way, she experiences many trying trials and tribulations as she battles her way through different worlds before ultimately finding Zo and facing off against the boss, the console itself. The destruction of the console sets a self destruct sequence as the two must rush back to the start as the world collapses behind them, just barely making it out with their lives. This story also pays a lot of homage to traditional kaizo games and origins within the gaming industry, such as emphasizing the excruciatingly difficult levels, unfair moments of death, necessity for a high skill level from the player, and more.
WHAT IS NEEDED FOR THIS CCC PROJECT?
Voice Actors - Two (Kai and Zo): needed for dialogue intermissions, maybe asked to do retakes if asked due to tight timing requirements
Vocalists - Two (Kai and Zo): Kai, the lead singer, will need to be able to sing particularly fast and coherently (especially during the beginning and final boss fight); Zo, the secondary singer, will need to be comfortable singing harmonics
DEADLINE
I'd love to have applications processed within the next two weeks to allow the start of editing for the cover as soon as possible. To allow for this, the deadline will be December 1st.

Payments will be paid upon completion. Please inform me in your auditions what forms of payment I can pay you in to ensure that I can accommodate your payment type and make sure you can be paid should I decide to cast you.

ZO: Okay, I guess?

ZO: (surprised) Wha-?
KAI: Well, it’s your day and all-
ZO: What about it? Huh?
KAI: It was the last one. Happy birthday!
~The lights go out~
(confused) Huh? Hey Zo, was that you? (pause) Zo? I could’ve sworn you were just... Where did he-?
~TV comes on~
Huh?!
~TV starts to pull Kai in and she falls~
A-ah! (Gets back up) This has to be a dream-
~The pull gets stronger before pulling her into the TV~
N-no way-! A-ahh!

~Zo temporarily regains control of himself as he is knocked to the floor, glancing over as he begins to recognize Kai, but only briefly~
ZO: (confused, weak) Ugh… Kai?
KAI: (elated) Zo!
~Kai runs over to hug Zo~
KAI: I really thought I lost you there!
~Kai desperately looks around them, seeking a way out~
KAI: Now how exactly do we get out of here?
~Zo begins to slip out of consciousness in Kai's embrace~
ZO: (delirious) I don’t feel so…
