Project Overview
Hughez Kollege is an original animation series, produced and directed by BlxssomVA alongside co-director Raven Viceral. Help us make our story come to life! Our team are planning to create a campaign in order to grow our crew and deliver as many episodes to you as we can. Payment will be provided if we manage to reach our mini goals and hopefully our overall, ultimate goal.
New student Ryan Cotts is accepted at one of the best, if not THE best, colleges in the world! Cool, right? Not so much; with dark secrets, a psychotic love-sick puppet and even murderous parties - mystery unfolds as the truth about this college is gradually revealed...Well, what else do you expect from college?

Requirements:
Microphone Quality: XLR and USB microphones only! Please do not audition with a phone microphone or headset etc. Keep your background noise to a minimum and make sure you project.
PG13: Please be 15 or over when auditioning, this project does mention class c drugs, light violence, mild profanity and sensitive topics.
Ad libbing: No need to ad lib in your audio! Feel free to introduce yourself in the comments or description area.
Contact: You must have both an email and discord as a way of contact. List these with your audition along with the name you use for crediting.

Tina is the sweetheart of the group. She appreciates plants, animals and flowers. She’s the typical timid and anxious character who tends to overtalk due to her lack of friendships as a child. She does overshare sometimes but is extremely passionate when it comes to topics she enjoys. Despite her social anxiousness at times, she does tend to find it easier to talk to others when given affirmation from friends and watching other’s social behaviour.
Feel free to experiment with her voice! Her pitch lies around medium to medium high and is quite soft.

Susan is the cheery face of the school and one of the most cherished staff members at Hughes’. She adores working with the kids despite the face they’re not exactly kids in society’s eyes and she truly loves the department she works in. Susan’s both reliable and relatable making her even more lovable. A lot of the students theorise she's a robot with how her voice tone is consistently happy and energised.
Her pitch is medium to medium high. Feel free to experiment, however!

Similarly to her brother, Elena is very opinionated and enjoys her debates on whatever the subject is. She’s a feisty and competitive spirit who always knows how to take lead with her authoritative personality. She isn’t very fond of rules and prefers to do things in the manner that fits her. However, in general she's quite a casual person unless you provoke her.
Pitch wise, I think a range wouldn’t sound too bad but nothing too high.

Disclaimer Ryan is not a racist, it's an inside joke between them all ;)
Daphne is quite a loud and rowdy spirit, virtually indistinguishable to Lila. However, Daphne is a little more considerate of others despite her lively personality. She’s a great chef and spends their time either creating recipes or in the kitchen. She's also labelled as a 'tomboy' with a unique and amazing laugh. She also enjoys to tease Courtney, another student who is constantly on her phone.
Her pitch is medium to medium deep, she’s not really got a higher pitched voice. Imagine Lynn off The Loud House.

Daniella Hughes is the mother of Mason and Elena. She's a strong headed, smart woman who currently runs her own business. She is the wife to Cassius Hughes but they no longer associate due to a disagreement with the creation of the school. She's not only badass but powerful. Not much is known about her at this point.

Please remember this is JUST the demo, not everything needs to be 100% like the version up here, we just want to see if your voice fits what we’re looking for.
As of now, this should be a one off gig. There are 38 words in total and we’re paying $0.20 per word so the overall payment will be $7.60 (more than likely being round to $8) As the singer for the main theme we expect:
-Consistency throughout the piece, you will be given the backing tracking so there’s no excuse really for why you can’t keep in time and get the correct tempo.
-Delivery time, if possible, would preferably be within 3 days. It’s a super short theme so it shouldn’t take too long to record.
-Please be prepared to do at least ONE retake if necessary, like stated before, it’s a super short theme so hopefully that shouldn’t be an issue.
