Highwind: Episode One - Hero Awakens
Project Overview
Concept:
16 years old orphan with missing parents and having just lost his sister, Lucas is a broken kid who gets captured by a tirant named Brutus and is about to be brainwashed because of him, but manages him escape. After his escape, Lucas takes the mental of the superhero highwind and joins the rebellion against Brutus and his underlings.
PROJECT HISTORY:
After a year of developing the main ideas for the story, deciding how to organize ourselves and how to manage the resources we have, we're now publicly announcing the official start in production of our original superhero project: Highwind
WHAT TALENTS ARE WE SEARCHING FOR?
We're currently in need of voice actors to voice mainly the female characters present in the story, 3D animators who use BLENDER that have a sufficient amount of experience, artists than can help with the concept art of the project and people who are experienced with BLENDER's GEOMETRY NODES:
WHAT IS THE CURRENT BUDGET FOR THE PROJECT?
Considering that this is a SMALL PROJECT made from a team of passionate individuals, the current minimum budget for the project is 10.000 dollars. This detail is subject to change depending on how well the promotional material goes. It is also worth noting that THE 10.000 DOLLARS MENTIONED INCLUDE EVERYTHING FROM PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL TO ACTUAL MONEY SPENT ON PRODUCTION.
WHAT IS OUR GOAL?
Our goal is to create a original series based off of the original creator of the story itself, Michele Petruzzellis on Youtube. In particular, the first episode of this series will be a small movie that will introduce the characters and their motivations.
WHO DO WE RECOMMEND TO JOIN IN?
This is a important project that we have been developing for almost a year, and any small progress we made was possible thanks to the hard work of people that were PASSIONATE and INTERESTED in the potential of Highwind's universe and characters. Thus, we search for people whom are not only hard workers, but passionate individuals who want to collaborate on something big that, if done right, can be revolutionary.

One of the main villains of the story, this young teen is conflicted in her place in the world and wishes for things to get back the way they used to. she hides her problems with a flirtatious and meneacing attitude.

Liz is a teenage girl that got into an accident at her laboratory and got abilities from the insects and aracnids she's been experimenting on. she's a free spirited character with a lot of energy and heart, who's willing to do anything to help others out.

oh well, i used to work in a lab, experimenting on insects and arachnids. I got into an accident and these genetically modified little buddies bit me everywhere. I developed new abilities and decided to join the rebellion!

The Ultimate Highwind. A man that comes from both the past and the future, a man that has suffered through his entire life as a vigilante and wants Lucas (Highwind) to not make the same mistakes. Hunter is a serious and irritated character, who is full of wisdom, but also full of fear and regret. his voice is deep, almost growly when he's angry, and he would do anything to not let things happen the same way again.

A street kid with a lot of passion in his artistic abilities, suffering from great tragedy. Rambo is a 15 years old kid who lost his parents and sister after an attack, and has been living in the street ever since, building a small rebellion against Brutus and his tiranny.. he's very social, yet very troubled, and whenever he thinks of his past, sadness and anger pour through his broken voice.

Ok, so how do we organize ourselves?
The sister of Liz and the most intelligent in the group. Lizanna is mostly calm and reasonable but she butts head with her sister when deciding things. She's a more collected and calculated individual.
