Project Overview
A pilot episode storyboard about a demon girl who wants to take over Earth and rule over humanity, the only problem being… She sucks at anything demon-related.

Main protagonist. She’s a manipulative asshole who does anything she can to get her way. Only person she truly cares about is her pet demon cat, Murmur. I imagine her voice is higher pitched and a bit nasally, see these links for an idea of a voice: 123

I am Leraie! Leraie LaVey, demoness straight from motherfucking hell!
Now, I know what you’re probably thinking: “But she sucks at magic!” I don’t. And you’re wrong.
[…] And I turn them into a demonoid, a term I coined for something that is not quite a demon, copyright Leraie LaVey 2023, steal my word I’ll steal your kneecaps.
Leraie’s childhood best friend, and is also the literal antichrist. He’s a nice dude and doesn’t want to hurt anyone, frankly, he hates being known as the embodiment of evil. He’s very shy, yet if you ask him about Radiohead, he’ll open up right away. Anti is very tall and lanky and I imagine him having a voice similar to cousin Kristofferson from Fantastic Mr. Fox.

Kidnapped by Leraie and experimented on to create her perfect minion, Capitis is far from that. Half-human, half-demon…camera…thing… Capitis sucks at being scary, like Leraie wants. He’s extremely awkward, especially around Anti, whom he develops a romantic relationship with. Voice-wise, I imagine the Spot from ASTV or Gideon Graves from Scott Pilgrim, both Jason Schwartzman roles.

(in an unexpected, surprised and awkward tone) That… Is amazing for you! Have a nice life with your lovely girlfriend of whom I had no idea about. Farewell, I shall never bother you again..!

Leraie’s pet demon cat. Demon cats are cats. But demonic. They can turn from a humanoid form to a cat form, and manipulate shadows. They also form a deep bond with their owners, subconsciously mimicking them. Murmur, being the runt of his litter, cannot manipulate shadows or do any cool demon stuff, but he does have a strong bond with Leraie. He takes after her violent side, and has a tendency to go overboard when she gives him orders.

I was imagining more of a “10 storey mansion with 5 waterslides but the water is my enemies’ blood and tears” kind of deal.
