Project Overview
This project is an educational episodic game being created by BlackBanshee Studios (Payload, Don't Bleed, both on Steam).
As this is a game in production, limited details can be shared publicly. Voice Actors being cast will receive slightly more information, but will be subject to NDA. The first chapter of the game is set for release before May 2022 with additional chapters added roughly every 2.5 months. Voice Actors will be given 2 weeks to return recordings once scripts are sent. Some parts will require more dialogue and a longer commitment, others will only be in a chapter or two. Details will be listed with each character. Additional roles will be added after initial casting.
Discord is Required. Be able to meet your deadlines and be available for retakes if needed. Please have a USB mic (no headsets, unless the quality is great), minimal to no background noise. YouTube has great tutorials on how to make a soundproofing box for little to no investment.
This is an unpaid role. BlackBanshee Studios is an Entertainment Studio based at Full Sail university in Winter Park, FL. Actors will be credited and can use this as part of their portfolio.

Description: This character is far from impressed with the player character and challenges them to display their skill. Their tone is firm but curious to see what comes of the battle.

Description: This character is on a journey to discover their missing past and identity. They posses a tough demeanor that falters as they get closer to the truth.
Tone: Inquisitive/Strong
“Just tell me what you know.”
“I’ve surpassed those before you, I believe I am worthy”
“That can’t be…I don’t believe you.”
Description: This character speaks in a regal yet wavering manner.
Personality: Frantic
Tone: Supportive
“The past is haunting us. We never intended for you to get hurt.”
“Save our land and its people, the way that I never could.”
“You shouldn’t have to bear this burden alone. It is mine to carry.”
Description: This character is a reckless, simple-minded goon.
Personality: Empty-headed

Description: This character is less hostile than others and seeks to protect the forest rather than deter the player from their journey. They speak mainly in riddles and obscure sentences.

“This land is not what it used to be. I’m indebted to protect it against your kind.”
“The past is never too far from your future. Seek yourself from within, you just might discover the truth.”
“The wind whispers your secrets to me, care to hear what they say?”
“You look rather lost. What brings you this far into the forest?”
Description: This character is focused solely on personal gain and wants to absorb the power of the player character.
Personality: Mysterious
Tone: Inviting
“I have to say I’m disappointed halfling, the others spoke so highly of you.”
“This journey is not one you’ll complete; I’ll make sure of it.”
“There’s a dark power radiating from you. Give it to me.”
“It’s unfortunate you came all this way.”
“Would you like to see what true power is?’
“Your past is riddled with the mistakes of your people. Will you choose the same fate?”
“I see…destruction in your future. Pain will follow wherever you go.”
“You’ve become quite the force, there are talks of you in every circle.”
“My people tell me you seek answers, how far will you go to get them?”
Description: This character is simple minded and focuses on intimidating the player with rude comments.
Personality: Offensive
Tone: Obnoxious
“I’m not sure how you made it this far halfling but I’m putting an end to this.”
“A tiny thing like you? Defeat me? Not a chance.”
“I’ve seen pigs triple your size, this will be an easy battle.”
“For each blow you land, I’ll strike three more. Think you can handle it?”
“It’s not too late to back out now and forget this nonsense.”
Description: This character speaks is sure of their skill and sees the player as a less than worthy opponent. The battle in their eyes is already won, their lines should be read with an insulting almost careless tone.
Personality: Barbaric
Tone: Brutal/Insulting
“Last stop. I hope you’re prepared.”
“Are you ready to accept defeat?
“Nice try. Let me show you how it’s really done.”
“You can’t get rid of me that easy.”
Description: This character ran from the old kingdom to make a new life for herself. She knows what she wants and who she cares about.
Personality: Rebellious
Tone: Clever/Strong
“Eugh! Why didn’t I pay more attention to handheld magic all those years ago.”
“I escaped my father, comparatively, you’re no threat.”
“Tehlarissa! You're here! You’re alive!”
