Englewood After Dark is a horror/comedy audio drama following the adventures of Finn Nightingale and Eve Pemberly.
Finn and Eve started this podcast as a way to uncover the many secrets lurking on the haunted campus of Englewood University but, as they embark on their latest cold case, investigating The Murder Farm, they begin to realize they may have bitten off more than they can chew.
Because Englewood really is haunted, and now, so are they.
In this episode, The Brotherhood of Oak and Ash, a secret society haunting the halls of Englewood, make their move. So, if you've ever wanted to join a secret society, but make it low stakes, please keep reading!
We have a mixture of recurring and non-recurring roles in this call, so please read carefully. However, in the future we will need more roles filled so watch this space! If you have already auditioned for us, please feel free to audition again for any of these roles.

These roles are typical bad-guy henchmen. University kids, thrill seekers, who think being in a secret society sounds cool, but now they have to get their hands dirty. As the name suggests, we need three distinct voices for these roles, so feel free to do three takes (AAA-BBB-CCC) in different voices if it suits you to do so.
(Surly) You kidding me? If I get injured before the game coach'll kill me.
(Cruelly happy to see Finn unconscious at his feet) Oh yeah, he's out cold.
(Through gritted teeth) Yes, Magus (the leader of the secret society). Understood.
The leader of The Brotherhood of Oak and Ash, the secret society pulling the strings on Englewood Campus. The Magus is a young man certain that he’s doing the right thing, and tickled that ‘the right thing’ involves the suffering of others. In this episode, he has a minor role (3 lines), but he is also a recurring role in a future episode (10 lines), so please audition with this in mind.
(Full of dark glee) Is it done?
(Predatorily) That almost sounds like insubordination, pressor. (Pressor is the name given to subordinates in the secret society)
(Menacing, like a cat toying with a mouse) It had better be nothing, pressor. The success of this little operation... it's on your head.
