An extraordinary day for Science and Mankind takes a wrong turn, as the world’s last Woolly Mammoth collapses dead on stage, and all around London, people start to die from an unknown cause!
Enter former U.N.I.T. Scientific Advisor John Smith and Investigative Reporter Angela Johnson. Together with U.N.I.T, they must race against the rapidly ticking clock to stop an epidemic that threatens to wipe humanity off the face of the Earth, and it would seem that their only hope lies Twenty-One Miles below, but are the Silurians willing to help?
