Yo! So I have finally added the Abridged server!
Demon Slayer Abridged
Project Overview
We have begun work on a super awesome Demon Slayer Abridged and really need some really genuine, great Voice Actors for this project!
We are not missing people, and no, we did not cast before a deadline (because we are Demon Slayers, not demons)
While it may seem obvious, I must add that those going for a role regarding making the series, must understand that they are not the lead writer or editor, and are there to support the current one. You won't be some useless log doing nothing, but you will not be taking a leadership position.
This Casting Call will be updated with new roles very soon, and voice actors of all kinds will be required, so don't worry!!!

The team working on this are really excited for this project and Voice Actors with other skills (e.g. Editing, Audio Engineering) will be much apprechiated and utilised.

So for this voice we are looking for a super obnoxious "surfer dude" voice. We really want to keep his over the top energy, but with a more typical surfer dude voice. Free to do any accent, as long as you can give of that surfer *vibe*. I also don't mind if you are teen - young adult.

The Hand Demon will be portrayed as a really nice person, open to hear ANY kind of voice for him/her, the only requirment being the character must sound nice and genuine, and sound like a demon.
(agressive) Hey you! I won't let you get away, not without me - (sudden mood change to nice, more casual demon voice with no aggression) telling you to have an awesome time and good luck!
(monologing, sad tone) Yeah, it's a sad story really, but the reason i'm like this is because... well, before I was a demon, I use to play World of Warcraft.

This is a super gag filled series (being an abridged) and there are only so many amazing ideas that we can come up with, for this audition I would like to see what your idea of abridged demon slayer episode is. If you have worked previously on writing comedic scripts (a bonus if you have done an abridged). Do keep in mind that while this is an abridged, there is a level of professionalism we keep and over use of inappropriate jokes and bad taste, won't be found funny.

While the person running this whole operation is amazing at video editing already (this isn't me), things go fast and we turn out better quality stuff when we have more then one editor. This video editor should be experienced in preferably Vegas pro, but other editing software is 100% okay. So please feel free to audition with your anything you have edited, something a more complicated then an AMV (due to there being voices and lip flaps involved).
