Harper finally lands her dream job with a hot role in a period-drama TV series but is disturbed to learn that one of the directors is none other than her two-timing ex, Tyler Crystal. As a people-pleaser with a fear of commitment, Harper will have to navigate securing her career, working with her ex, and trying to figure out if there's any long-term solution for her and her Californian boyfriend, Noah, while she's filming in Canada for 9 months.

Tyler is ambitious, charismatic, and subtly manipulative. He is a new director for a TV series that the lead (Harper) stars in. He is also Harper's ex who she left when she found out he was married. Tyler may have an American or (any) British accent. He is in his early 30s.

Gina is one of the producers for a 1920's period drama TV show called "Knock Twice." She is assertive, resourceful, and blunt. She comes off strong and cold, and can be very mean. She is an antagonist for most of the show.
I'm the assistant director and producer. And I don't like being told what to do. And I don't like doe-eyed, upstarts like you. So read your script and don't whine about the changes. We don't need to talk to each other ever again if things go my way.

It's a lucky break, but it's a break. Be grateful for it and don't down-sell yourself. It's a combination of luck and grit that gets anyone to succeed. You earned it just as much as anyone else who could've gotten it.
Sage is a fun, nosy, and spunky young woman in her early twenties (or as young as 18). She and her brother, East, help Noah when he crashes his car in the snow.

Ryan Williams is the main star of "Knock Twice." If you can do multiple voices for Ryan and the filming crew that would be ideal.
RYAN: Moved on? Not a day has passed that I didn't think about you. That I didn't wonder where you were or what you were doing or who you were seeing... I never moved on. I meant what I said: it's always been you.
ZACH: Mr. Crystal, the cameras are all set up, should we start rolling now or--?
JOE: Aw, thanks, Harper! Hey, I need to ask you: we need an emergency contact for you. Who would you like to put on there? Or is there anyone you'd like to allow on set with you?
