Hey all! I've decided to make a fast-paced Tournament of Power Abridged! The plan is to make it a three-part video, with pacing somewhere between TFS's normal abridged episodes and their Kai videos. The script for all three parts combined is 38 pages long, so each episode will cover about 12 pages. Each video will be released on Youtube, but if it gets taken down, we'll go to Vimeo, Mediafire, whatever it takes! Each major and minor role casted will also have the chance to voice other minor characters (because there are a LOT of them). Payment was determined based on how many lines the character has for the entire project. These are the minimum requirements for the audition and to be a part of the project:
1. A good mic, recording environment, and basic audio editing skills.
2. Discord. Audio files can be sent to me via email but most of our discussions will take place on the Discord page. You will receive an invite upon being casted.
3. Be available to send lines after long periods of time. I hope that breaking this 30 page script into 3 parts will help with the video editing load. However, depending on my schedule, there may be stretches of time where I'm busy with my full time job (which starts in the fall) so you'll need to be available whenever the projects starts back up. Thankfully, this is a fast-paced script, so line delivery shouldn't take up too much of your time depending on your role.

A strong warrior always looking to get even stronger. He's goofy at times, but will get serious as soon as a fight starts or his friends are in danger. In this project, Goku is mainly a reactionary character: he doesn't necessarily start fights or crack a joke but reacts to what's going on around him or what others are saying. A voice close to Sean Schemmel would be great but I'm open to your interpretation!
[After resuscitating Roshi from heart failure] Oh, Roshi thank goodness you’re okay!

Since their voices are so similar, I'm making this a 2-for-1 role. However, if I like the sound of one VA's Frieza and the sound of someone else's Frost, then we'll split the role. You may also do any of the lines as Frieza, Frost, or both.
Frieza is posh and cocky, while Frost is deceiving and less-polished. Chris Ayres and Damian Mills are great voice references for Frieza and Greg Ayres is a good reference for Frost.
Frost: Wanna mess with Gohan?
Frieza: [excitedly] Do I?!
Frieza: There’s nothing I despise more than a monkey!
*Battle cries and maniacal laughter*
The prideful and powerful Saiyan prince of the 7th. He's hot-headed and charges into battle, even if he is outmatched and completely drained of energy. Christopher Sabat and Nick Landis are my favorite voices for Vegeta, but original renditions are welcome.
[To Cabba] Don’t you dare sully our race by being eliminated so easily.
Time for me to use this new form that I totally didn’t just come up with five seconds ago. Super Saiyan…er…Royal Blue!!
*punching, blocking, and a Final Flash*
The team leader of Universe 7 and son of Goku. His main gag throughout the tournament is that no one listens to his advice...ever. Kyle Herbert is a good voice reference but I'm open to other voices.
Alright, now if we all just stay together...[everyone leaves]...*sighs*
[Fighting Gomisalas] As for this invisible fighter, some dust should do the trick.

The stoic, strategic Namekian of Universe 7. Christopher Sabat is a great voice reference for this role. In the little time he has on-screen, he breaks the 4th wall and questions the progression of the story.
[After being eliminated] What an anticlimactic way to go. Such is the life of a non-Goku.
This is starting to feel like filler…
Sorry, but this Universe’s time has already been dragged out. Special Beam Cannon!
Another stoic fighter of Universe 7. He gets a brief moment to shine but it is short-lived. Chris Cason is good for a voice reference, but any mid-ranged, montone voice will do.

The sassy, strong female fighter of the 7th. While she thinks her husband Krillin is a dork, she loves him all the same. Meredith McCoy can be used as a voice reference.

[After Ribrianne insults Krillin's looks] Oh, you’re gonna pay for that bitch.
*charging at enemies, punching, and blocking*
A stoic, no-jokes juxtaposing character to his sister, Android 18. He really just wants to go on his cruise. His voice is monotonous and even over-enunciates words, but will get moderately loud in tense battles. Chuck Huber is a good voice reference.

[After being scolded for interrupting the three maidens' transformations] That makes…literally no sense at all. Does no one else agree?

A low-powered, loveable goofball of the 7th. He may not be strong, but his experience and gimmicky attacks get him by. Sonny Strait and Nick Landis are my favorite renditions of the character.
[Speaking to 18] Let’s do it babe!

[After throwing his shoe at Majora] Get it? Trick or treat…smell my feet? Cuz that’s what you say when you…okay I’ll shut up now.
The confident, cool member of the strongest trio of the Pride Troopers. In this project, everyone is after his Trix, but he is completely unaware of it somehow. Christopher Piper does a great job with his voice.
I hip, I hop, I hippity-hop and I just don’t stop!
You’re about to feel how quick I really am!
The justice-obsessed Pride Trooper of the 11th. Every one of his sentences contains the word "justice" until he taps into his Destroyer energy...then its "destroy" and "hakai." Once he activates his Destroyer energy, his demeanor changes from a prideful, superhero-type to cold and serious. Ray Hurd is a good voice reference.
Justice! Justice? Justice!!

[suddenly serious after his transformation, sick of Frieza's insults] Shut...the f***...up.
The cold, calculated assassin of Universe 6. Like Jiren, he's after Dyspo's delicious Trix but is eliminated before he can get it. Matthew Mercer does a great job with his voice.
[annoyed by Dyspo's speed] Then I’ll make time stippity-stop.
[After Goku ponders if Dyspo has Trix] No, I want his delicious Trix cereal.
Even my time skip isn’t enough to get past him.
The energetic, hard-headed female Saiyan of Universe 6. She wants to get stronger along with Kale, and loves it when Kale gets buff. She's a little flirty with Goku but just wants to defeat him and the rest of the contestants. She fuses with Kale to become Kefla, so you will be recording any lines mentioning Kefla. Elizabeth Maxwell is good for a voice reference.
[After Kale gets control of her Berserk mode] Whoa you’re in control of that now? That’s kinda hot.
Hell yeah! Let’s do it!
*Punching, blocking, and charging up attacks*
The soft-spoken female Saiyan of the 6th who lacks confidence in her own abilities. She is madly in love with Kale, and will do anything to protect her. She becomes loud and ferocious when she goes into Berserk mode, so be prepared to scream despite her otherwise quiet lines. She fuses with Caulifla midway through, so you will perform Kefla lines as well. Dawn Bennett's voice is a good reference, but any shy, soft-spoken voice will do.

The love-driven leader of Universe 2. She's firm in her belief that love is the strongest power in the multiverse. When she transforms she calls herself "Plus-Sized Model Ribrianne", which she catches flak for from other characters. Veronica Taylor is a good voice reference.

The child-like Omnikings of the Multiverse. His innocent voice and smile is adorable, until he obliterates a universe without a second thought. Since there are two Zenos, many of your lines will be doubled. If you are able to double your lines in your audio file then feel free to do so, but it is not required. Sarah Wiedenheft is a good voice reference, but any high-pitched, innocent child voice will do.

The cocky, cool Destroyer God of Universe 11. He's mostly a hype man for Jiren just like he is in the anime. Markus Lloyd is a good voice reference for this character.
[speaking to Jiren telepathically] Jiren…ohhhh Jiren! You see that guy over there? Kick his bitch ass for me.
[after Top turns on his Destroyer God energy] That’s right! He’s my god-in-training.
[after Jiren tells his backstory that no one wanted to hear] We didn’t need to hear that! You coulda just said you have no friends!
