Project Overview

City of Mine is a fictional fan made tv series made within Fallout 76 and GTAV video games using machinima.

The series features a race against and in time for the future of America and the world. After learning that The Appalachia State Govt. has used technology discovered by the Enclave from the Zetan invasion to send an operative back in time. Commander Johns of the New Responders takes action of his own, to send Dutch Walker back to 2023 in order to discover what they may be up to.

Secondary lead character.

Dr. Nussbaum is the leading scientist for the Appalachian Enclave Covert Advanced Technology and Weapons System Division.

He is highly respected and extremely intelligent. He is middle-aged (50s) but with a youthful energy and at times can be condescending. Straight to the point, his word is the directive, he's not looking for opinions.

Character should have a slight Boston accent as he is from Boston Mass.

This is a powerful character and should project authority.

She is gritty, subordinate but tough. She hears orders and follows.

She is 31 years of age and she has seen things.
