He is highly respected and extremely intelligent. He is middle-aged (50s) but with a youthful energy and at times can be condescending. Straight to the point, his word is the directive, he's not looking for opinions.
Character should have a slight Boston accent as he is from Boston Mass.
This is a powerful character and should project authority.
