Kazooie is the second titular main character of the game. Being a wisecracking, sassy, cheeky, hot-tempered, slightly egotistic, tell-it-like-it-is loudmouthed breegull, she insults everyone she comes across. But despite her insults, she is Banjo's best friend and travels everywhere with him in his backpack.
Go for a sassy female voice since Kazooie makes sarcastic comments throughout the game.

Banjo is the first titular main character of the game. He is a well-mannered, sweet-natured, easygoing bear. He's split between brave and cowardly, but he never backs down from stoping Gruntilda with the help of his breegull friend Kazooie.
I would imagine Banjo might have a Southern accent, so that would be acceptable.

Gruntilda, or Grunty, is the main antagonist of the game. She is a witch that; 1) likes to use her nasty spells for very evil things, even going as far to deadly spells. And 2) loves to rhyme and does it throughout the game. After learning that Banjo's sister is prettier than her, she kidnaps her to steal her beauty.
It's obvious that I'm looking for someone that can do a witchy-voice for Grunty.
Dingpot, Dingpot by the bench, who's the nicest looking wench?
Don't scratch and bite, my little bear! You'll soon need bigger underwear!
If Tooty thinks she's prettier than me, I'll steal her youth and ugly she'll be!
Bottles is a main character of the game. His role is the tutorial guy, giving Banjo and Kazooie new moves and abillities to help them defeat Gruntilda and rescue Tooty. He is often the target for Kazooie's insults, and he even insults her too.
You can go any route you want with Bottles, just make your voice sound like a cartoon mole.
Listen up, I'm Bottles, the short-sighted mole!

Hmm...your energy is a bit low. I'll fill it up for you.
Mumbo Jumbo is a main character of the game. His role is the all-magical and all-powerful shamman that can transform Banjo into various animals to help him overcome puzzles he can't complete as a bear.
I'd like a good Indian-shamman-feel for Mumbo, please.
Me Mumbo, best shamman in all game. Can help Banjo and filthy-feathered one.

Tooty is a main character of the game. Her role is the kidnapped sister of Banjo. She is kidnapped by Gruntilda because she wants to steal her looks and make her ugly.
Go any route you want with Tooty, make your voice sound like a common little sister.

Let me go, you old hag! My brother'll come and kick your butt!
