Ethan was the first vampire to walk the Earth and is over a thousand years old. He was/is not a good man and some would even say he is evil. In order to defeat darkness and redeem himself, he sacrificed his life, leaving behind his greatest love, Joanne. 

Joanne brought him back to life but because she removed his vampirism before he died, he returned to his original self and discovered that he was a witch. By the end of the story "Adopted by Vampires," there were no more vampires. Ethan married Joanne, the love of his life, and they had two children together. Ethan always wears suits and likes to look neat.

Although he now leads a normal life as a mortal, Ethan still struggles to adjust and grapples with the darkness and anger he carries from his past. He is a complex character, blending his dark history with his desire for a family life.

Joanne is the character in "Adopted by Vampires" who undergoes the most significant redemption arc. She grows tremendously as a person throughout the story. Initially, she is portrayed as the villain but she begins to open her heart when she meets Ethan. Her transformation isn't limited to her relationship with him; she also reconnects with her family.  When Ethan dies, Joanne becomes lost and as a result of her grief, they have no choice but to place her into a magical sleep. After years of slumber, she eventually calms down and allows herself to grieve until she receives a sign that Ethan can be brought back. When she successfully resurrects him, they have their wedding, marking a major moment in her journey.  Despite her remarkable redemption arc, Joanne still exhibits unpredictable behavior. She is sassy, dramatic, and even Ethan finds himself scared of her at times. She is not a character you want to mess with. In this series, her children drive her to the brink of insanity, and it becomes a real challenge for her to maintain her composure.

Noah is the oldest son of Joanne and Ethan, making a brief appearance in the last episode of *Adopted By Vampires*. He is more extroverted than Cara but shares a similar darkness. Noah is curious, loves to read, and inherited his father's intelligence, using it strategically. While he has great social skills and is popular at school, he struggles with insecurities and tries to hide them well. He has the cockiness of his mother and dislikes being told what to do.

As Ethan and Joanne's firstborn son, Noah possesses extremely strong magic, which he needs help controlling. Fortunately, he has a positive relationship with his parents. He is a mommy's boy and often turns to Joanne for support, but he also shares a special bond with his father. Noah belongs to the older generation of this series.

Cara has inherited her family's quirks and struggles with her emotions. She is best friends with Macy, the daughter of Maya and Jazmin. Cara shares Joanne’s anger and eccentricity, as well as Ethan’s unpredictability. Despite her challenges, she is smart, determined, and sometimes stubborn. Her relationship with her parents is good, but she is particularly close to her dad. As a teenager, she often clashes with Joanne, as they are quite similar. During her more intense episodes, Ethan is the only one who can remain calm enough to help her.

Cara possesses powerful magic and frequently battles the temptation of dark magic. It's a constant struggle for her to stay on the right path and ignore the negative voices in her head. She also has a strong love for horses, which calms both her and Joanne. Additionally, Cara plays the violin. Her relationship with her older brother is typical; they fight, but he will always have her back. Cara belongs to the younger generation of this series.

Demi Prince is the main character of the original story. Everything begins with her when two vampires adopt her. She becomes the most powerful creature in the world until her daughter, Lexi, is born—a child who is half vampire and half witch. Together, they bring forth a significant prophecy and it is Lexi who ultimately ensures that the world get rid of evil. Demi and her husband, Elijah, have faced numerous challenges and fought hard to reunite and make their relationship work. After having their vampirism removed, they decide they want to raise another child. This time, they aspire to do so together, without the darkness and troubles they previously encountered. This is the reason why Demi gave up her magic before she got pregnant with Max. Demi is a sweet and strong character who will do anything for her children. However, she can also be a bit whiny at times, occasionally making it seem as if the world revolves around her.

Elijah is Demi's husband. Their story is not a typical love story. Elijah was adopted by Ethan when he was a child and Ethan also turned him into a vampire. Together, they spent their time pursuing a prophecy that ultimately brought Elijah and Demi together. Their journey was marked by betrayal, and Elijah eventually had to pay the price, missing out on watching his daughter, Lexi, grow up.  By the end of "Adopted by Vampires," they resolved their issues, and now Elijah is raising another child with Demi: their first son, Max. Elijah is a complex character; he witnessed his parents' murder as a child, which left him with deep pain and grief. He regrets his past mistakes and decisions and strives every day to be the best man, husband, and father he can be.

Max is the son of Demi and Elijah. His best friend is Paxton and he has a close relationship with his grandfather, Ethan. Max's niece, Cara, is also one of his best friends. When Demi became pregnant with Max, she had already given up her magic, which is why Max was born without any magical abilities. He often feels like something essential is missing in his life and wishes he could have magic like his sister, niece, and grandfather. Max spends a lot of time at Joanne and Ethan's house because he loves being around them. He inherited his mother's sweetness and cares deeply about the people in his life. Additionally, he possesses his father's sense of humor.

Lexi is the daughter of Elijah and Demi. She is the most powerful creature in the world, born as both a vampire and a witch, and carries a heavy burden as the prophesied child—the one who was promised. Growing up, Lexi faced a great deal of trauma and never had the chance to experience a normal childhood; there was always a looming threat or danger. At the end of "Adopted by Vampires," Lexi marries her childhood love, Nigel. In a transformative decision, she chooses to embrace purity and eradicate all darkness and vampirism from the world. Together with her husband, she reconnects with all the covens and leads them with pride. This series explores the significant responsibility Lexi carries and how it slowly begins to take a toll on her, leading to mistakes and challenges in her character. Lexi is sweet, like her mother, and is caring; she wants to be liked by everyone and has a wide circle of friends. However, her choices and the secrets she keeps will put her character and life position to the test. Lexi and Nigel have two children together, named Levi and Nevaeh.

Nigel is Lexi's husband. They were childhood lovers, but their relationship began amid significant betrayal. Nigel comes from a Native American Coven that was responsible for creating the first vampire. His Coven was small, secretive, and aware of an ancient Prophecy. As a child, Nigel spied on Lexi but eventually developed genuine feelings for her, viewing her not as a threat but as a kind-hearted individual who would sacrifice herself to save the world. Despite his feelings for Lexi, Nigel had a complicated upbringing. He was a bastard son, not treated fairly by his father or his Coven. Nevertheless, his deceased father’s legacy made Nigel his follower. Nigel is a proud and loyal man, but he is also strict, especially with his children. He wants them to be respectful and well-behaved, knowing they have a legacy to uphold.

Levi is the firstborn son of Lexi and Nigel. His mother is one of the most powerful witches in the world, known for destroying vampirism and leading all the covens globally. This legacy brings a certain status and pressure that Levi feels he must uphold. Though raised with love, Levi often feels the burden of needing to be the best.

Introverted, Levi has few friends and struggles to connect with others, especially a boy from a non-magical school (who hasn’t been created yet). He feels he must hide his magic, which adds to his isolation. Levi looks like his father but has inherited his mother’s caring and sweet nature. His true best friend is his grandfather, Elijah; they are very close and spend a lot of time together. Elijah is also the person Levi confides in with his problems.

Levi enjoys spending time with his father and learning about their family traditions, but he finds it challenging to relate to his sister, who is very different from him.

Neveah is a vivacious and extroverted young girl who captures everyone's attention the moment she walks into a room. As the daughter of a powerful witch, she embraces her magical heritage and enjoys the unique power it brings her. At school, Neveah hangs out with the popular kids and exudes charisma. While she has a lot of sass, she isn't mean; her mother raised her to value love and respect. Neveah embraces her roots and spends quality time with the Tribe, sharing her culture with those she cares about.

She shares a special bond with her great-grandma Alexa, which is a source of support and wisdom in her life. However, Neveah can also be quite stubborn, a trait she inherited from her mother, and she often wants things to go her way. Wise beyond her years, she knows how to please others to get what she wants. An energetic individual, Neveah loves dancing, singing, and playing instruments, often enjoying piano sessions with her great-grandpa Sammy. Fully embracing her magic, she appreciates being strong and in control.

Sammy is the main character of the original series. He and his wife, Alexa, adopted Demi, which marked the beginning of the story. Sadly, Sammy lost Alexa early in the series and later found another great love, with whom he stayed until her death. Sammy is an extremely loyal man who wears his heart on his sleeve and is unafraid to express his feelings. However, he has also experienced significant darkness in his life and has done some terrible things, guilt from which he will carry forever. He strives to be a better man for the rest of his life. Sammy and Alexa had a son whom they named Paxton. Since Jax's death, Sammy has felt a piece of his heart missing and is determined to do anything to make his brother proud.

Alexa is Sammy's wife, and she is a very sweet and warm person. She always dreamed of having a family, which is why she adopted Demi when she was a vampire. Alexa died while protecting her daughter and continued to watch over them for years. After coming back to life, she had to face the painful reality of watching Sammy marry another woman and build a life with her for many years. Eventually, after a long time apart, Sammy and Alexa found their way back to each other. They welcomed another baby and now strive to live their lives as peacefully and drama-free as possible.

Paxton is the son of Sammy and Alexa. Unlike the other kids besides Max, Paxton does not have magical abilities, This sometimes leaves him feeling lonely and misunderstood. Paxton is very friendly and possesses good social skills, along with a bit of his mother's sass; he does not let others walk all over him. Pax is the type of person who befriends kids who are bullied, feeling the need to protect them like his father.

He loves skateboarding and has a fascination with cars, particularly unique ones. Paxton maintains a good relationship with his parents. Paxton will experience struggles in finding his identity without magic and may experiment with parties and hanging out with the wrong crowd, which could lead him into trouble. He belongs to the older generation of this series.

Harry is the oldest sibling in the Vulpo family. He had a difficult upbringing, and his sisters, especially Joanne, required a lot of his attention. After their mother passed away and Joanne lost her sanity, Harry felt overwhelmed and ran away. Rather than stepping up to care for his siblings, he left them—and his magic—and joined the army. When Harry returned, he fought hard to resolve the family issues and help Joanne. However, she was furious with him over his leadership and turned him into a vampire, which devastated his life. Adjusting to being a vampire was incredibly challenging for Harry, and he despised it. During this dark period, he found the love of his life, Jack. Their love became a lifeline for Harry, giving him a new purpose. Eventually, Harry forgave Joanne, and they rebuilt their relationship. He continues to support his sisters and remains the glue that holds the family together. Harry is a family man—strong, smart, and loyal. His greatest passion is gardening and being close to nature. After marrying Jack, Harry regained his life as a human/witch, and they welcomed another child together: Susanna. Though Jack originally hesitated to have another child since he already had a daughter and a stepson, he changed his mind after they were married.

ack was the only human in the original series and a friend of Olivia, whom he met at a mental hospital. He hasn’t had an easy life, but he never lost his sense of humor. His clumsiness and comedic timing often bring a lot of laughter to the show; whenever he’s on screen, you can be sure you’ll be entertained. Although he isn’t the smartest character and is a bit inept, he has a lovable quality about him. Jack is also known for his sass and outspoken nature, but he is full of love. He shares a close bond with his daughter and is extremely happy that she is living a normal life. Additionally, Jack is a grandpa and has a wonderful relationship with his granddaughter. He loves fashion and enjoys drinking wine. Jack maintains his friendship with Olivia, and everyone loves being around him because of his funny and joyful personality.

Susanna is the biological daughter of Harry. After Harry and Jack got married, Jack changed his mind and agreed to raise another child. From the moment Susanna was born, she and Harry were inseparable. A true animal lover, she enjoys spending time in the garden, and her sense of fashion is credited to Jack.

She is somewhat of a jack-of-all-trades and adapts well to various situations, much like her father. Susanna loves being around Olivia and Joanne; she shares a creative bond with Olivia and discusses fashion with Joanne. She has a strong relationship with both her aunts and is known as an extremely sweet kid who deeply respects her fathers. 

Harry and Jack occasionally clash in their parenting styles, as they hold different opinions, but Susanna acts as the glue that holds everything together—a considerable burden for a teenager. Despite feeling pressure, she doesn’t want to appear weak and strives to be strong. Susanna is eager to excel in all that she does, fearing failure. She belongs to the older generation of this series.

Jazmin is the daughter of Jack and Aiden. Aiden passed away when she was young, leaving Jack to raise her alone. Jack's past choices were not always the best, which resulted in several problems for both him and Jazmin. One of the consequences of his decisions was that Jazmin was turned into a vampire, and she struggled to adjust to her new reality. She often viewed herself as a monster and hated what she had become.  Everything changed when she met Maya, who helped her feel normal again and showed her that she was beautiful. Jazmin has a caring nature and loves to bring smiles to people's faces. Together, Maya and Jazmin had a daughter named Maci.

Maya is one of Maci's mothers and is also a twin. Her twin brother, Chris, passed away a long time ago. Maya carried a curse that resulted in her memory being removed, which meant she had no contact with her brother or family until Chris's death. Maya joined the series relatively late and fell in love with Jazmin the moment she saw her. She also reconnected with Joanne, a childhood friend, and they remain good friends in the upcoming series. Maya is a loving mother to Maci and plays a significant role in her brother's twins' lives. She is kind, patient, and has a calming presence that helps soothe others.

Macy is the youngest child in the group and is Jazmin’s daughter. With a wizard father, Macy is destined to have magic, although she isn’t as powerful as the others, which often makes her feel insecure. She learns better through hands-on experiences than by reading, mirroring her mother Jazmin in this regard. 

Macy shares a strong bond with her mother, Maya, who loves her wholeheartedly, assuring Macy that she can always rely on her. Though insecure, Macy is incredibly caring and protective of those she loves, willing to do anything for her trusted friends and family. She has a passion for writing and enjoys creating imaginative worlds as an escape.

Macy particularly cherishes her relationship with her grandfather Jack, with whom she enjoys sleepovers filled with fun activities like karaoke nights and silly dancing. She also has a close bond with Susanna, who acts as an older sister figure to her. Macy's ultimate best friend is Cara, and their mothers, Maya and Joanne, also have a close friendship, allowing for regular outings with the four of them. Macy belongs to the younger generation of this series.

Olivia is the youngest sister of the Vulpo family. She became pregnant from a one-night stand, and she and Chris welcomed twins. Throughout their upbringing, Olivia and Chris's relationship evolved from friendship to a deep, genuine love. Chris even proposed to Olivia. Unfortunately, they never had the chance to marry, as Chris passed away, leaving Olivia with immense grief. It took her considerable time to heal and find peace with her children.  Now that her twins are in college, Olivia is embarking on a journey to rediscover herself and build her own life. She is a kind person who loves art and is a painter herself. Olivia is also quite insecure and has always felt like she lived in the shadow of her older sister, Joanne, though they now have a very good relationship.

Jonah is the son of Olivia and Chris. He is one of the twins and is known for being smart and enjoying reading. He is calm and the complete opposite of his twin sister, Chiara. Jonah is currently in college and has a close relationship with his nephew, Noah, who will play a significant role in his storyline.

Chiara is the daughter of Olivia and Chris and the twin sister of Jonah. She has a very dramatic personality and takes after her aunt Joanne, whom she admired greatly while growing up. Chiara was obsessed with Joanne and often looked up to her as a role model. Throughout her childhood, she faced many behavioral issues and felt a deep sense of guilt over her father's death, believing she was responsible for it. This unconscious blame even seemed to come from her own mother. Now, Chiara is in college with her twin brother, living her best life. She is also a painter just like her mother.

Jacy Claire was an original character from the show "Adopted by Vampires." When vampirism was removed from the world, she finally regained her connection to her magic. After the show ended, she lost the love of her life, Jax, and they did not have the opportunity to say goodbye. The grief was incredibly difficult for her, but she was determined to live her life to the fullest, and that is exactly what she is doing now. In this story, she is also teaching a secret magic class to children. Jacy is a powerful witch with a lot of emotional baggage. She is dramatic, and Jax sometimes called her psychotic. When she loves someone, she loves them deeply, and when she hates someone, she feels that just as intensely. Having her magic has helped her become calmer and more in control of her emotions.

Luca is the son of Luna and Chris. He was a significant villain in the original storyline but underwent a remarkable redemption arc. He moved away with his wife Maddie and his long-lost son, L.J. They live a secret life far away, as no one can know that Maddie is still alive. Luca has been deeply misunderstood throughout his life, which has fueled his anger and guilt. He will play a crucial role later in the series.

Maddie was a character who was killed off early in the original series. She was brought back to life in the last episode to reunite with her son, whom she believed had died at birth. Her return will play a significant role later in the series.

L.J. is the lost son of Maddie and Luca. His parents thought he died during childbirth, but he was kidnapped. He and his family play a significant role later in the series.
