Abyss follows the story of 6 beautiful Idols and their love for gaming through original songs, stories and more!
Follow Abyss' journey through various music, comics, short stories as well as livestreams!
All our songs are currently released in Japanese first, an English version for each of our release is currently on the way!

What kind of music does Abyss produce ?
Abyss has a wide option of genre to produce, but their main style is JPOP/JROCK style music. Our music is available on every streaming platforms.

Audition Information

We are officially re-opening auditions for one of our beloved virtual idol: Yuna Fukunaga

We are looking for a voice actress/Singer who can sing in Japanese as well as English.
- Must be at least 18 to audition.
++ Highly appreciated if you have rapping skills, or can voice act in Japanese.
++ Highly appreciated if you are proactive online and turn-in your lines usually in less than 2–3 weeks.
++ Highly appreciated if you play games (doesn't have to be horror games).

How do I Audition ?

We will need 3 elements into one audio file:
- Present yourself, and tell us why do you want to audition for Abyss Idols.
- A Japanese and English sample of your singing, with at least one raw (No FX) sample to check the quality of your microphone.

Voice act the lines provided for Yuna Fukunaga (even if you're a beginner in voice acting, it doesn't mean it's not ok to try! We will definitely improve constantly while working together, so do your best, and it'll show!)
PLEASE use the following template for the audio file's name : Abyss_YourName_Yuna_Audition
Please have a good microphone, we won't be able to work with you if you do not have a good quality microphone.

- You can add more elements to your audition file if wanted! Surprise us!
- The singing part is the most important, make sure to pick a song that shows your range & skills!
- Make sure to leave your discord handle in your audition!
- We will be contacting you via discord if you have passed the audition.

By auditioning, you agree to our terms & conditions.

1. You agree to not disclose any private information about Abyss Idols to the public.
(This concerns ongoing projects or future projects that haven't been publicly announced yet.)
2. This is a long term project, make sure you're planning on staying for a while before leaving. (Minimum 2 years.)
3. Once you join the team, you agree to keep a nice attitude towards your peers.
4. By joining the team, you agree to have your work uploaded on multiple platforms (Music streaming services... Social medias)
5. Once you're cast, you're agreeing to collaborate with other members of the team pleasantly.
6. Once cast, you're agreeing to be rather active within the server
(You do not have to produce content, but showing signs of life and talking/giving ideas/Critics are always helpful to keep a nice environment!) If you plan on being absent for a while, you're agreeing to give a notice prior.
7. You agree to participate in the creation of commercialized prizes (Live Signing events, Patreon Rewards...)
8. You agree to be present during official livestreams for song release celebrations.
9. You agree to respect deadlines and participate in team meetings when possible.
10. You agree to voice act/sing as your character.
11. You agree to manage your own Idol social media account and interact with fans.

Yuna is gentle and reserved.
She spends most of her time playing horror games.
On the one hand, horror games has never scared her, in fact she finds them funny.
On the other hand, she gets irrationally frightened by other people.
In fact, she feels forced to wear blurred sunglasses each time she goes out, so she can't really see the surrounding faces.
Akua (Group leader) persuaded her to join Abyss Idols in order to overcome her fears.

Type of voice: She will have a rather medium-high pitched voice. Higher pitch whenever she feels scared.
She needs to sound good-willed but very skeptical, example : Toko Fukawa from danganronpa 1 (japanese VA).
She will eventually make high-pitched short noises when she’s scared, which will come out naturally.

Please provide an audition file with a rough presentation of yourself, the reason why you're auditioning for Abyss Idols, a Japanese and English sample of your singing as well as a raw (no FX) sample of your singing.
