Project Overview
[SYNOPSIS] A Day Before Us is a simple and sweet story following four college students–Lee Yeo Reum, Baek Ha Eun, Kim Wook, and Lee Yeon Woo–as they uncover how they truly feel about each other.
Hello there ! VIVI.CO is an upcoming dubbing team/center which is currently looking to begin work on their first project: A Day Before Us, the animated korean drama created by LICO TV. Don't worry, though! The two directors' are not complete strangers to dubbing and have both done a fair share of voice acting, video editing, scripting, and etc.. Each episode will be about 2-3 minutes in length (as they are originally) and will be released once every week on Friday. We are currently open to voice actors only and are excited to recruit new members to join us :D
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must have a good quality microphone; no background noises, please, as this series' special touch is having mostly no music to better focus on the characters' voices
2. Willingness to have lines submitted on time. You will receive a week total to record and submit them. However, if there are any issues/delays, please do notify us !
3. You will need a discord for this, as we will be communicating with our members through there.
4. Please, have commitment towards the project. We'd hate it for a voice actor to suddenly lose interest and end up leaving. It's not a fun process; especially since we are probably planning to dub season 2 and A Day Before Us ZERO in the future.

Kim Wook is, in general, a very soft and friendly character. He can be quite impish at times and pull a few pranks or so when he sees the chance, but is also very benign and protective; especially towards Yeo Reum, who he shares, what he assumes to be, a one-sided love with. He is the love interest of Lee Yeo Reum.
Closest english pronunciation: Self explanatory.

" Why are you so drunk? " I'd say use a mix of irritation and protectiveness. Wook has just found Yeoreum horribly inebriated and is worried for her health.
" But... why are you always looking the other way..? " Here, Wook is having an inner monologue while taking Yeoreum home. There's a hint of longing; of angst. He loves her, but she, not him.
" Says you, Lee Yeo Reum. " There's a playful and sarcastic touch to this. Here, Wook had just brought up skipping class together because of the inviting spring weather when Yeoreum teases him, cheekily asking: "oh? so you studied during the winter, then?" Wook, knowing that she hadn't either, replied with the above. ( The closest way in english to pronounce Yeo Reum is Yoh-rum )

Lee Yeo Reum is portrayed as a very cheeky and fiery character who, otherwise, is very sweet towards her friends. She's very talkative and prefers to be more honest and direct than not. She is majoring in arts and is the love interest of Kim Wook.

" Ehehe... alright! Let's toast; to celebrate that we're all here. " Laugh nervously/awkwardly at the beginning before speaking. Here, Yeoreum is trying to break the tension between Yeonwoo and Haeun.
" Of course... drink up, drink up! Cheers... " Slur this sentence as Yeoreum is getting progressively more drunk.
" Ah–it's Wook, it's Wook! " Again, Yeoreum is still drunk, but notices that Wook has arrived. Speak excitedly.

Baek Ha Eun is known to be quite serious most times. Though, easily irritated by the actions of others, she's a generally very supportive and modest character. She is the love interest of Lee Yeon Woo.

" He.. hello. " Speak politely with a bit of awkwardness. Here, Haeun is greeting a student from her class ( Yeonwoo; she has yet to meet him before. )
" AH! " Basically, a scream of shock. Haeun is standing under a cloth pavilion when suddenly, it tears, soaking her in rain.
" How cute, hehe " Alright, this sounds a bit creepy when just reading the dialogue, but Haeun, here, is scrolling through pictures of her and Yeonwoo on their date when she sees a photo of Yeonwoo smiling. Speak with fondness and add giggle/laugh at the end.

Lee Yeon Woo is one of the quiet characters, not opting to talk much and, then, only in short bursts of sentences or words. Though solicitous, he is often portrayed to be quite ignorant outwardly. He also tends to like cute things, such as cats. He is the love interest of Baek Ha Eun.

" Ah... I should've given the umbrella... " He's a bit remorseful here as he had not thought to give his umbrella to Ha Eun, leaving her in the rain. But, again, don't give him too much emotion. Just a bit.
" Let me have a sip. " Here, he's speaking to Wook. Again, more emotionless than not. Yeonwoo has just returned from (assuming; it never clarifies) some type of sport and is worn out.
" Is it.. okay to like you? " This one's kinda a freebie. Play with the words and tone as much as you like ! There never really was any line of him sounding happy without literally saying "Yes" or "Mhm," so this'll have to do.

(No last name provided) Gun Ha is an older student who is portrayed as a rather serious and kind-hearted character. He is often calm with his words and is another love interest of Lee Yeo Reum.

" For this competition, it's better to go more delicate with the lines instead of rough. " Gunha, here, is mentoring Yeoreum on preparing for an art competition. Speak with a warm and soothing voice, as if you're in his place.
" Yeo Reum's your friend, right? I've heard a lot about you. " Have a politeness to your words. Gunha is greeting Wook in an attempt to break the tension in the air between him and Yeoreum.
" I think you've misunderstood the situation... " Again, remain polite with a bit of a frantic undertone. Gunha has just been accused of harming Yeoreum and is staying doing his best attempt to remain calm.
