Jindusmer
I'm just a dude who likes video games and anime. Somewhere along the way, I discovered the joys voice acting and now here I am. Sup? Call me Jin (or not).

As someone who's in quite a few projects with Jin, I've got to say-- he's quite the extremely friendly individual! He talks well with any team he's in, and works well with every producer/director. If there's something wrong, he takes criticism very well, he knows what to work on to improve himself as a whole. During meetings, he's a great listener and knows when to put input and gives direct answers without beating around the bush. He's quite the friendly guy-- and quite easy to talk to. I myself am quite a shy individual, but he was very easy to make conversation with, in or out of meetings.
It's obvious he loves what he does, and it seems he doesn't push himself too hard, and he's just having fun with voice acting and singing, while being able to create fantastic VA work! His voice range is great for the work that he does, and I do hope that I get to work in more projects with him in the future!
I highly recommend him. -

Jin is a pal, and always meets expectations, as well as constantly attempting to exceed them. While I haven't received much voice work from him yet, I know by interaction with him and seeing him grow in his other projects, that he is one of the most devoted individuals you can cast. With every project he improves. Each time, he reaches out to make sure you get exactly what you want from him.
I can't wait until his roles become more prominent later on in their respective series. Flaunting his talents will be a joy.
The link below only goes to one of the things he has participated in with me that is completed. Most are under progress still.

Jaired is definitely a guy who is down to earth. He's fun, respectful, and a hard worker. As a director, I say that he has the potential to become a unique voice actor in the near future. But more importantly, I'm happy to have him as a friend.
In my fandub project, Under Night In-Birth, he plays the role of Seth. Mr. Chinda brings out the edgy and quiet personality of the character and continues to put forth his best effort in each performance. I couldn't be anymore prouder of him than I am today. He has come a long way and I'm positive that he will continue to put his best foot forward in future projects to come.
Jaired, thanks for being a part of the team and keep up the good work as well.

Jindusmer is a genuinely great guy and voice actor that I had the wonderful pleasure of getting to know and work with on my Winter Moon fandub project. He's reliable in turning in lines, nailing the emotions of any given character, yada yada yada—okay, we all know these things.
More than his talents as a VA, Jin is someone I can happily call a friend. He's always supportive and involved in my servers, and his willingness to help wherever he can makes him more invaluable. His sentient ahoge self and humor always makes me laugh; and, as it turns out, we both have a lot of the same nerdy interests, making conversation easy and fun.
Finding a great VA and genuine friend is something I find difficult in the VA community sometimes, and I'm so glad I got the opportunity to work with Jin. Here's to WM, R20, and even more future projects together~ ^^
Your potato friend,
Janey

Hearing Jindusmer's performance was like having the pleasure of a warm shower after being stranded on a desert island for a month. He has such a dynamic, distinct vocal quality that lends itself well to younger characters (especially for anime dubs!) and his comic timing is impeccable. He captured the essence of Aulard Abington in Episode 3 of the Valkyria Chronicles 4 Squad Stories Project in a way that simply perfect. Whether it's being funny or being serious, this guy gets it. I can't recommend Jindusmer enough. The sky's the limit.
