I'm a performance poet, a musician, a storyteller, an events host, an accidental voice actor, Artistic Director for Spoken Word at PBH’s Free Fringe, and an enormous geek. During weekdays, I persuade people to make lists and say no to shiny things. For every role, there is a different hat, and a spreadsheet to match. My first full poetry collection, Spectral, came out with Burning Eye in March 2022, and I describe it as “a kind of poetry concept album, with illustrations”.
In 2017, I fell into voice acting, partly on a dare, not realising that this one-off recording for a friend would end up turning into a recurring main cast role on cult horror drama podcast The Magnus Archives, where I played the very troubled (and troubling) Daisy Tonner. Adam has a unique voice and can blend his natural West Midland/Staffordshire dialect with standard English RP, leaning more into either as required. He works to a fast turnaround from his professional home studio, and responds to direction professionally and promptly, with a voice age range covering 20s-early 40s.Adam's recent work includes performing multiple voices for video game WARNO, promo narration for Harry Potter: Puzzles and Spells, and a series of sustainability videos for the University of Bristol.
