Charismatic voice professional (female alto/mezzo, US-based) with a decade of experience in acting, singing, live entertainment, and storytelling. Most recently in my VA journey, I completed an 8 week course on "Voice Acting for Video Games" under the instruction of the legendary Wes Johnson. 
I believe diverse interests and experiences make for better actors, which is why I'm proud of my uniquely wide-ranging resume. For example, in the past 5 years, I've earned a B.S. degree in marine science, biology, and political science; performed on national stages and won awards as part of a competitive singing group; worked as a content creator and storyteller for a global nonprofit, helping write and place articles in top outlets like NPR, The New York Times, and BBC; and emceed hundreds of music concerts along the east coast for Sofar Sounds.

Melissa Costidis is a New York based creator, producer, editor and member of Spellbound Theatre’s collaborative leadership group known as The Oversight Committee. She’s been working with Spellbound for six years after starting as a communications and family engagement intern during her time at NYU Tisch in 2018. She produced and edited Spellbound’s successful virtual series Anywhere with Catbear (2020) and Lullaby Land (2021). She is also responsible for Spellbound’s fundraising campaigns, newsletters, in person event leadership (Free Family Art Days at Brooklyn Public Libraries, pop-up shows at Little Island, etc.) and other administrative duties to support The Oversight Committee.
