Hi! My name's Adam, I'm an Alaskan-born guy who grew up in WA State. Back in 2017, I dipped my toe into the world of livestreaming, and something I didn't know suddenly became apparent: People like my voice. 
My speaking voice, for the five years I streamed, was easily my most valuable asset. When I started working retail, people began to point it out, and before too long I had the confidence to use it. I just didn't know where to start. 
I wound up landing a job as a voiceover artist, video editor, and script writer for the channel FilmArtsy (now FilMonger), where I would produce up to four videos per week. I wound up leaving that job due to differences in vision with the channel runner, alongside clearly getting the short end of the stick as far as pay was concerned. Hello, I'm Rebecca Olivia Hodges, also known on the web as RO Does VO.
My start in voice recording came from my professional I.T. career, where I was asked by multiple companies/clients to be their telephone system 'welcome menu greeting' voice, as they enjoyed it each time I answered the phone to greet them (for tech support.)
In my youth, I wished to be a voiceover artist for anime dubs and the like, but it wasn't accessible to me back then. Now, technology has made it possible for me to pursue my dreams without having to move states, or rent out a studio - I have the equipment to make it all possible from home.
