Hello everyone.
This year, I'd like to pursue my interest in Voice Acting, either voluntarily or for pay.
I enjoy hamming things up but I can also play it subtle if need be. I've always enjoyed making impressions, a few I've got on my Youtube Channel.
I have a very wide variety of voice actors I like and admire and, while I can't promise total availability, I will try my very hardest in everything I do in Voice Acting so that people of our generation may give a little to the next the same way the previous did to us.Please note, I do not participate in projects involving AI Voice Recognition. Until clear and proper laws are in place to protect the careers of voiceover artists and ensure they are not replaced or exploited by this technology, I have no wish to be involved in any AI-related work. My dad had a collection of silly voices he would use while I was growing up to get a laugh out of me or my mom and I always thought he was so cool for being able to do them. I would try to replicate them and after a while I developed a pretty keen sense of mimicry for certain voices. I went on to do impressions and little character voices just for fun, for prank calls or jokes with my friends, I was a child with a talent, that was all. Much, MUCH later I would get into D&D and I would find as a Dungeon Master that all these voices I could do could be used to portray characters with distinct personalities discernable from the textures of their voices alone. In playing D&D I discovered a love for improvisational performance, role playing, and storytelling.
