I have been in the Customer Service realm since my first job at the grocery store. I learned very quickly how to harken to the customer’s needs.  I have been tending to client’s needs on the phone, with some sort of Customer service since 2000. Either Client Services, Software Support or Software Analyst.
 
With my technical background I can provide you with a solid read for your technical training videos because I understand the language.
 
I am also an avid outdoorsman. I am accomplished at hunting, fishing, camping, backpacking and just about anything outdoors. If I haven’t done it, I just haven’t had the time or the opportunity yet. I love the outdoors and I have written two books on backpacking.

As far as what I would like to audition for, well I would have to say that my passion takes me outside so anything outdoor related would be a good fit for me.
