Similar to her Undertale counterpart, Undyne is loud and brash and won't take crap from anybody. Her bravado and dedication doesn't save her from doing her job as a cop in unusual ways. I can imagine her having a similar voice as to Amethyst from Steven Universe but a bit deeper (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdfHhOEtub0).
