Your improvising is cute. I like that ability to come up with additional dialouge. Too bad there isn't much room for improvising when adapting a fan fiction! It sounds like you're recording in a place where you can't be too loud, or you're worried about disturbing other people. I'd like to hear what you can do when you just let loose and apply your full acting ability. Don't hold back! I need whoever does her voice to be able to sing, too. It feels like you're rushing a bit on the Flim Flam part. For example, you said "this taste" instead of "the taste". And then you kind of slur the next sentence into itself. But again, good improvisation in the following sentences. Wow! I almost thought you were doing one of Cherry's rants about rocks on Mars, since that is something I think she gets upset about at one point in the story... being stuck on Mars with Mark Watney and the others. The interview portion is good. Might be improved, but not sure exactly how at this time. "Pleas" (of "pleasures") is slightly sharp (too high in pitch), and the rhythm following is incorrect. If the sheet music is difficult to read there, I may be able to re-write it so it's easier to parse (make sense of), but still sound the same. We can work on rhythm and pitch later, but I'd like to hear what you can sound like if you sing with a bit more gusto. Yes, this is a quiet part of the song, but it also has heart. Don't sing in your nose or throat, sing from your chest. You got *really quiet* at the end with "wouldn't do". I think the last bit was okay too, but I might have read/performed it differently. I could make an example recording if you want, as if I were a voice director in the same room with you.
