Lulu and Louie are twins that were orphaned at a young age. They live with their cousin, Devon, who tries to keep them out of trouble. Because they are always causing mischief in one form or another, they can typically be found in the principal’s office at their school. Despite their bad behavior, they are very intelligent for their age. They are a little possessive of their cousin since he’s all they have, and occasionally get jealous of his band and fans.

[Giving instructions] Ok. This is really easy, Louie. Just do exactly what I say and we'll get out of gym class, guaranteed.
