Stefan, is a brash, exuberant, and explosive personality. He is a close friend to Phineas, though, he doesn't quite understand his constant visions. He can be naive at times, but he wishes the best for his friend.

  • (excited, but nervous) "Tanner! I think I found the spot Rattis was talking about--at least I think so. Come have a look...it's freaking me out."

  • "Tanner, what the hell? Did you dose off again?"

  • (calm and hushed tone) "Be careful Tanner. I don't want to lose you..."
