As a fellow member of the casting team, he and i worked very closely together on a lot of difficult challenges. His breadth of experience allowed him to suggestions, solutions and answers to a lot of tough problems and issues. he was not afraid to speak up if he didn't agree with something, but was also never afraid to admit it if he was wrong. He is passionate and motivated, because he truly cares about the company and his team. I am going to sincerely miss working with him, and would work with him again without question.
