He loves to play video games and is mostly seen around Sally since she's mostly afraid of getting lost in the Slender Mansion, he's helpful but that doesn't stop him from taking a stab at insulting or being obvious to the other Proxies.

I imagine his voice to be slightly irritating but similar to a teenagers whose just itching to irritate everyone
