Liu is the other brother to Jeff and is slightly distant from the Proxies, he works solo missions to stay far away from his brother as he blames him for what he turned into. He sometimes cracks a joke but is mostly sarcastic when he wants to be while being serious.

I imagine his voice to be slightly bored but willing to be sarcastic to point stuff out, he is a loner and rarely becomes fully pissed off.
