Admiral Durril is the commander of the Imperial star destroyer Judicator, and is sent to deal with the Batonn insurgents. However, due to his incompetence and insistence on following procedure, he loses command of the battle and is replaced by Thrawn.
“Shouldn’t matter. You’re not going to breach from above anyway. Best approach is by low-altitude incursion.”
“You haven’t been with the navy long, have you? With only three ion cannons, they can’t defend the shoreline. A few assault boats’ worth of Stormtroopers, and it’ll be over.”
“If you can’t handle it, the 96th can go to Sammun. Will that assignment be more to your liking?”
